Steak was great, as was the other main (meat) entrees of the other nine members of our party. Sides unfortunately, were cold upon arrival. Drink refills were never offered although to-go drinks were. The salad bar was good so long as it had lettuce available. The matter that agitated us the most however is that when packing our to go boxes we requested a few extra rolls and were told we would have to pay 89 cents a piece for them because we were no longer eatting. This was before we even paid our bill, which by the way was close to $300. This petty lack of customer service and nickel and diming customers is something that leaves a bad taste in my mouth and it will be some time before we return to this location. I’ve always preferred Texas Roadhouse and will now gladly drive to Lexington or Ashland for a quality meal and service from them!

The fried pork chops were a mess so was the rice. It was a salt lick. On the brighter side salad bar was very fresh. All items were chilled and crisp. Waitress was sweet. Restaurant was clean.

Food was okay. Got cheese fries appetizer. Rybeye steak. Everything was cooked right just not super flavorful. The mac and cheese was probably the best out of everything i got. The waitress was super quick and nice.

Some of the food was hot and some was not. I didn't tell the server because we we're in a hurry with 4 small children trying to get home 3 hours away. The food myself and my oldest daughter ordered was not very good. We will not return.

Steak was perfectly prepared. I was told the salad bar is great. Sweet tea is freshly brewed and delicious.
Outstanding experience from the moment my family entered this establishment. Our server Clay H. was on top of his game with our party of 8, to include assisting my disabled sister with her salad!!! I truly appreciated his attention to making our dining experience so special.

Im re-writing this review. I met my boss while taking my mom to dinner the first time there a couple days ago. I loved my steak tips and it couldnt have been better. Although now I understand why he said it is a hit or miss, especially with their steaks. It depends on the chef back there and I must note the older gentleman attempted to ARGUE with me about what a medium rare steak is... this happened at my second time there, and it was a big miss. Not only did I recieve rude and ill-mannered service and told I was wrong, but I had to send it back TWICE!!! Twice they brought out a steak that was pink all the way through and bloody when pushed... thats rare for anyone wondering, and its not what I asked for!! Highly considering not going next time it comes to mind. Atleast at their Morehead location, this is the service I got.
