Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

When every other restaurant in town was closed Cracker Barrel was open. My meal came out fast and was hot! My wait time for a table was less than 5 minutes. I will recommend this location to family and friends. The atmosphere/fire place and service were exceptional.

It was not that busy and it took ten minutes to be waited on, the tea was brewed weak coffee (not tea), the food took 25 minutes plus to arrive, we had to flag the waitress down for refills, the food was barely warm and not as good as it was in the past. We will not be going back and the last few visits at various Cracker Barrel’s were about the same. You all took a franchise that I used to look forward to and will likely never go to one again. Even the cashier asked how the the food was and I told her “not even mediocre” and she had nothing to say.

Recently ate at Cracker Barrel in Morehead, KY. Our waitress (Amanda Overbey) there was exceptional, very knowledgeable and had a very positive attitude. We have told our friends that if they go there to request to be sat in her area. The food was good, but the service made it exceptional. I highly recommend Cracker Barrel and Amanda as the server.

Host was great, literal best ever (Modi I think) and Kathy was a great server! Food was tasty coffee was hot, great Friday morning service.

If you're trying to grab a quick bite on the road don't bother. Super slow service and about multiple people waiting 20+ min for orders.

We were in a group of 6 family and friends on a Sunday afternoon. I have never seen them any busier in a long time. Our waitress had only been there a couple weeks so she was still in the learning stage and had to be reminded to bring us bread a couple times. The kitchen was backed up so it took us quite a while to get our food but everyone's order was correct and the food was great. It's good to see them picking back up after all the negative things that had been going on. We will return.

Not sure how the food is..we were seated and waited over 10 mins before being adknowleged by our server who was taking care of a couple of tables around us. He was out refilling their drinks and checked in twice to see if they needed anything before looking at my husband and I and saying I'll be right with you. At that point we just left...
