I had the Cheese Curds. They tasted great, plus they were cheap. I have to bring up the service because it was fast and courteous and our cashier, James, was cheery and more than helpful. I will be returning with my business and telling others to do the same.

Probably the worst restaurant experience I've had in quite a while. I ordered a large drink from a mobile app. They told me they couldn't find my order. I showed them the receipt which was correct and they ask me to pull ahead and wait. I waited for half an hour for that drink out of principle and they never came out, so I left and was still charged.

Update: I have decided to no longer eat here after the awful experience considering the drama, how disrespected I was, and the massive waste of time. I would like to add that complaints are very difficult to pursue. They want you to call the store that just spat on you. The funny part is the store manager was the main culprit, so how does that help? No thanks, your food isn't so good that I need to jump threw hoops and bring myself to your level. Improve the management, give me my dollar back, and maybe we can talk.

Just an absolutely horrible store to go to that suggest you save your money and go somewhere else. They don’t pay attention to their customers and they can’t get an order right if they’d save their own mother’s life.

I ordered 2 2 for 7 double cheese burgers and they only gave me 2 of them, they didn’t give me a straw for my drink, my Oreo blizzard was melted by the time they handed it out the window, I asked for a drink carrier and the woman at the window had a tone when she said yes, I watched her finger touch the ice cream when she put it in the carrier, and I saw half a Reese’s cup in the blizzard. Pretty poor experience, usually the food is great but some people are careless.

The lady that took my order (Frontline) was awesome she was very polite, nice talkative great all around people person brought us our food kept asking if we needed anything I know wasn't her job to do as much as she did but did it with a smile chicken was good but the fries had a funny taste either freezer burnt or something. Onion rings was over cooked almost burnt really CRUNCHY lol even the onion inside was crunchy, an the toast was perfectly cooked couldn't ask for any better made.

Probably the worst fast food place in Morehead. I waited 30 minutes for a milkshake that was melted by the time I got it. I would understand if it was busy but there were 2 cars ahead of me. Just go to the other DQ or anywhere else. Hopefully they close down soon, and something better can take it's place.

Ordered a blizzard with extra cookie ( paid extra for it) receive the blizzard as just ice cream no cookie what so ever. There was 4 people making said blizzard (giggling about) why can’t you just do your job correctly. ( not a hard job).

We love Dairy Queen treats occasionally. But this venue smelled unclean, the tables and floor were dirty, and my ice cream cone had an odd after-taste.

I’m done with Hairy Dairy every time I eat at either one of the two Morehead Dairy Queens I find hair on my food this time along with a moldy bun. This place needs saving.
