We were on a road trip and stopped in here on the fly. I'm so glad I choose to go here the food was Soo delicious and fresh. Not to mention the workers were so kind and nice and the drinks were very very good priced. I would recommend it to all who pass to stop in and have an ice cold corona and some fresh hot food..wonderful spot we rated it a 10/10 we will definitely stop back on our way home.Great place all around ...Not to mention they had the cleanest restrooms in all Kentucky hands down...

This gives classic truckstop diner vibes. Been to a lot of similar places around the country. This is definitely one of my favorites. I got the hamburger with bacon, which is perfect. Also got hashbrowns a little more crispy than what Iâm used to. Itâs still really good. And then I got two slices of toast which were so perfect. Had a nice little char to them but still super soft and no burnt taste. Great service as well. Ordered all that for 13 bucks so pretty dang good. Better leave them a 20% tip they deserve it

Food was sub-par; nothing homemade that you might expect from a place called âDown Home Dinerâ. The place was not filthy, but certainly not clean. We were the only customers. It seemed that the two employees couldnât wait to sit down (or lie down in a booth) and investigate their phones - they could have used the down time to clean. The bathroom wasnât clean either. You shouldnât need to ASK for a coffee refill in a diner when youâre the only customer. Will not return.

Pretty quiet not a bad thing. Had a Texas burger in no time. Pricing not bad will try their breakfast in the am.
Lordy. White, flavorless, room temp gravy on a biscuit. Well done hash browns showed up white (orange really from the grease). When I asked they be cooked a bit more and they came back brown but a dried greasy mess and stiff as potato chips, I understood the grease was from the fryer, not the grill. Couldn't eat it, or complain, cuz what can you say to that? Had to ask for a refill on coffee that tasted for sure like they used mop water to make it (I couldn't stomach that second cup anyway) Never had an experience like this in my 40 plus yrs of eating out. They either have no respect for food period, or they should stick to naan bread and curry's, cuz their version of southern comfort food is neither comforting nor digestible. Terrible experience all around from folks who prolly shouldn't be allowed around food until it's made and served up. Seem like sweet folks, and bless their hearts, but lord have mercy, jess turrible.

I enjoyed my dinner here tonight. I got a bacon cheeseburger , fries and a Diet Pepsi it was $14 which isnât bad. The food was good. They give you a lot of fries which is nice. Iâll definitely stop here again. The waitress was super polite and so was the cook. Very friendly.
