The noodles were so great that no YumYum sauce is needed, and steak meat was delicious very tender. The chicken was season well and tender as way .... if you are near this food truck go grab some WONDERFUL FOOD!!! Find out where they are set and travel there itbis we'll worth it!!!

Just to start the review, staff is incredibly kind. It was my first time ordering from Hibachi Express, and I ended up ordering close to a $100 order for 2 people. Despite having started, when they noticed I was distressed at the order's cost they allowed me to re-place the order. The cashier reassured me it was fine, and that the portions are large. And I can say they are for sure large. Certainly worth the cost. Highly recommended.
