Lobby was closed, pieces of corn in bag and stick boxes when there was no corn in the order, boxes had dried mashed potatoes stuck to the bottom both boxes. Asked for ranch and charged 15cents per ranch when no sauces were given with each meal.

As someone who spends hours upon hours traveling out of state for work, i dont want to eat in my car like a homeless person. This is laziness. Its not like kfc anywhere hires extra people for the dining room anyways. They all make the drive thru person handle dine in too. Do better. Its kentucky. Kentucky fried chicken, not eat in your car like its cheap chicken from the deli at the grocery store. I might as well go to the grocery store and save some money if i have to eat in my car.

Ordered online and went to restuarant they wanted to split my chicken order because they couldn't make nomore, and than came to window saying they didn't have biscuits. Staff was rude when asking to just cancel, and gave number to call !!! Very poor service !!!

The music is way too loud. Also, why is it that you don't have senior discounts, veteran and first responder discounts? The mash potatoes could be a lot thicker and the biscuit wasn't cook inside of it. Chicken and chicken sandwich were good. The place was clean and the folks that work there were pleasant and had neat appearance as well.
Had a mobile order went and picked it up trusted them to have my order correct since I had no trouble here before. Didn’t check it got home and half my order was missing called and told them they said to come back for the rest I had to come all the way back to town and they did nothing to make it right.
