Not very polite service, making customers wait for a simple butter packet while the food was getting cold! The service cashier was rude and nasty to a elderly lady looking for a simple butter packet for her food that she already bought and ordered that was getting cold!Bad service, the manager failed to intervene and correct the issue!

KFC brings back the Hot and spicy wings,which I have to say is the best hot wings anywhere then they quit selling them again. I don't know who is in charge of marketing,but they need to take a step back and see what is selling and what isn't. I'm done with KFC if this is how they do things. Dumbest thing I've ever seen. Bring the wings back permanently. Start using your heads people !!!!

The guy taking order through drive thru kept Interrupting while I was trying to order. I get home and realize they forgot the sauce that I asked for.
