Clean facility. Quick times and accuracy in drive through

So this morning, I took my son out for breakfast we decided to stop at McDonald’s. I ordered a double biscuit and gravy received very little gravy with my meal so I went back up to the desk and requested a little more. I even offered to pay for it. The store manager Shawn was extremely rude about it almost refusing to even give me some after I offered to pay for it bringing it back up. He refused to even speak to me, not making eye contact this is not the level of service. I expect if you’re in the Morehead Kentucky area and wanna go get breakfast I would advise going to McDonald’s early in the morning for breakfast the foods good but the service isn’t what you want

There was blood on the bathroom toilets and roaches crawling in the lobby. I have been coming here since I was a little girl and although the workers are great and the food is good that was absolutely an awful experience because of the reasons I listed above.

Would have been a great experience but I ordered bacon and they gave me sausage instead. Everything else was great though.

Honestly the worst place I’ve ever been, kept forgetting food then wasn’t given the right food smh I would definitely not choose this one go to the other McDonalds your wasting your money here

I got breakfast through the mobile app like i do 5 out of the seven mornings of the week that I come get food, since it’s so close to my work. My order was messed up which is fine, I called and the guy on the phone was nice, but the manager that handed me my food was extremely rude and refused to speak to me after she tried to hand me the wrong order again. She had short hair and glasses with the blue button up that management wears, working the drive thru window at 12:15 pm on November 18th. She acted like I was such an inconvenience, even though it’s clearly not what I ordered the first time and spend around $40-$50 a week here.
