I got breakfast through the mobile app like i do 5 out of the seven mornings of the week that I come get food, since it’s so close to my work. My order was messed up which is fine, I called and the guy on the phone was nice, but the manager that handed me my food was extremely rude and refused to speak to me after she tried to hand me the wrong order again. She had short hair and glasses with the blue button up that management wears, working the drive thru window at 12:15 pm on November 18th. She acted like I was such an inconvenience, even though it’s clearly not what I ordered the first time and spend around $40-$50 a week here.

Waited outside for a long time. THE KETCHUP GUY WAS HAVING A SEIZURE OR SOMETHING!My food had it all over the burger. Asked for a chicken no pickle and got a chicken and just a bun.
