Rude, rude drive through service. Hubby and I had a trailer hooked to our truck and was asked to pull into a reserved spot. We explained to the male guy working drive through whom was completely understanding. Then a young dark haired girl came out proceeded to get rude and argumentative over the stupid timer. Your timer is NOT my problem nor is it my problem I can’t fit in said spot. Timers should not be an issue and your workers should not be outside trying to argue with paying customers.

Let me tell you.. this McDonald's is the BEST McDonald's by far that I have EVER been too. Great service wonderful people. There is a gentleman there by the name of Kenny most wonderful person I've ever talked to her goes way above and beyond for his customers. This young man is gonna go far in life. Keep it up you guys. You're doing great things. ALWAYS have my service.

This place is messed up! I made an order at the kiosk last night. The place was busy so I waited in line for a kiosk probably 5 minutes. Made my order and payed for it. The kiosk didn’t give me a receipt but the payment obviously went through, because it said thank you for your purchase etc. I waited in line to pick up for at least 20 minutes and never did get my food. Finally a worker nicely came up to me and asked what I had ordered. I told her and she went off and talked to a manager or someone. Meanwhile I m sure I watched another worker take my order, or at least one with the same drinks ( latte and a frappe) out to someone waiting outside. The “manager” then came and asked me again what I had ordered and I told him. He then said “did you actually pay for it? “I tried to tell him I did but it was obvious he didn’t believe me. I waited some more but finally just left. Had to listen to my 2 year old cry because she didn’t have her chicken nuggets and French fries. There’s it her places to get food that will admit to making mistakes and will take some customer care/ wait times into consideration.

This place is bullcrap. I ordered my food at 1 pm ONLINE and got here around 1:25 and still my food wasn’t ready I received it around 1:40 finally but it does not take 40 minutes to make a sandwich and nuggets and fries

I stopped in for breakfast, the ol biscuits and gravy for Fert, and the biscuits weren't old, plenty of gravy, i have enjoyed at least 4 times from this place working in the area.
Go to this McDonald’s a lot and everytime I go. It’s always something. Today I got a large Carmel frappe. Was parked which is fine but what isn’t is the fact that I waited 20 min to get it and I had to go inside to get it. And when I got to my car and tried it. It’s not even a Carmel frappe, it’s a mocha. My lunch break is over and I don’t have time to go back in and wait another 20 min. Do better.

Its rare to find people who are as kind at 3am (especially during a rush) as the people at this location, there was a rush with multiple cars for what had to be a skeleton crew but Kenny still had the kindness to treat everyone well under pressure! One of the best places to eat in Morehead after dark, will always be back

Really good breakfast. I particularly love the rounded egg on my biscuit with bacon and cheese. And they even refilled my coffee for free. I believe this is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever dined in. It's my new favorite. Excellent experience! 👍

Got breakfast this morning only got one thing out of the 3 things I ordered called and spoke to the manager she said she would have someone bring the food to my car that I didn’t get that I ordered waited 10 min and still didn’t get the rest of my order don’t ever go there all they do is lie
