Good McDonald's

This McDonald's right here is nothing but nasty food it's always cold and the spicy McChickens it's so dry and shriveled up it's not funny they just got kids working there and they always tossing food around in the air and the restaurants always nasty inside open tea all over the counter tops napkins in the floor the list goes on the woman manager she is very rude and unpleasant to deal with

Actually ridiculous waited in line for 15 minutes keep in mind not a long line at all probably 5 cars and order a shake get to the window and told to pull into a spot and wait an almost 15 more minutes…..for a shake and was told they forgot meanwhile probably 15 cars in the drive through have been cleared through before me 😐then pull out and then didn’t even give me a straw for a shake that I waited 30 minutes for, by the time I got home it was melted.

We waited today for an HOUR on a breakfast burrito and a coffee while the people at the front counter danced and acted out. They handed out the wrong food to multiple different people like they weren’t even trying to fix any issues.

New girl on front counter. She is covered up it's lunchtime. Manager at frier doesn't even offer to help. Peoples orders wrong. Fountain drinks half of them were out.

I never leave reviews. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I come here all the time. Last week it was almost daily or every other day. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have to pull into a spot to wait for literally a cheeseburger and fries. And they will serve 10+ cars behind me. The only thing they serve is cheeseburgers and fries. How do they not have this ready? Well today I thought of placing a mobile order ahead of time to beat the line. Here I am waiting 27 minutes for literally cheeseburger and fries. The drive through line has already fully cleared out, that would have been faster. This McDonald’s is absolutely ridiculous. I am constantly late every due to them not being able to serve customers quickly. A mobile pickup should be ready when it’s supposed to be ready. I can not stand this location.

There was nine cars parked off to the side. When they finally brought our stuff they was missing my smoothie. Didn't take them long to get it but it seemed like they weren't very organized

This place was filthy...walk in no cars in drive thru and nobody at counter ..waited several minutes...finally yelled. Place order. ..no ketchup , no straws, no lids for soda...the soda station was disgusting...totally filthy...ketchup dispenser empty...heard some screams from the back I think they were playing hid n seek back so bizarre....McDonald's should take this franchise away from current owner. Disgrace.

Manager is screaming across the store at employees who are trying their hardest and working their fastest. I ordered and paid for my $5 bag then sat down in the lobby and waited for over 20 minutes. I asked a passing employee how much longer until it would be ready and she told me they forgot about me and didn't see me. I was in the lobby. The whole time.
