This place was filthy...walk in no cars in drive thru and nobody at counter ..waited several minutes...finally yelled. Place order. ..no ketchup , no straws, no lids for soda...the soda station was disgusting...totally filthy...ketchup dispenser empty...heard some screams from the back I think they were playing hid n seek back so bizarre....McDonald's should take this franchise away from current owner. Disgrace.

Manager is screaming across the store at employees who are trying their hardest and working their fastest. I ordered and paid for my $5 bag then sat down in the lobby and waited for over 20 minutes. I asked a passing employee how much longer until it would be ready and she told me they forgot about me and didn't see me. I was in the lobby. The whole time.

Sometimes, u have to wait for 30 mins or more, and the employees are rude, too

Hash browns were good but they said they were out of donuts 🙄 while there’s a whole Krispy Kreme doughnut truck outside delivering them 🙄✋🏽 I could have waited but it’s ok I guess 💀

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I stopped to get breakfast after months of not going here because under the old management they could never get orders correct and then they sold out to another company and I thought that I would give it another try after the last year or a little longer staying away and it’s still the same screwed up place. They can’t get 3 items in a bag and get an order correct if their job depended on it. Yes I know I should have checked the bag before I pulled away but I was in a hurry so I didn’t and after getting home and getting my food out to eat of course half of my order was missing and the guy working the drive thru just looked lost when he handed it out to me. This place is pathetic and it will be the last time I ever get anything from this restaurant the one downtown is so much and at least they can’t get your order correct. I don’t get up early enough for breakfast hardly ever but they managed to ruin that for the day and to beat it all I called and they said I could drive several miles back if I wanted to pick up what they didn’t do or I had 7 days to pick it up well I ain’t in your area and won’t be back out in 7 days so you took my money for food I didn’t get so no food and no refund. That must be how you all have stayed in business so long.

The people at the windows were very nice and courteous for sure

trash. trash. and more trash. food is sub par , IF you even get your full order correct. Staff is on a throne for making minimum wage. 😘

45 minutes to get to the drive through speaker box/menu, after finally getting there, got around to first window and staff to busy flirting with each other to know there was someone there, never have received any food out of the windows (always have to wait in waiting parking spot), then didn’t even have all the food in the bag, management really needs to step up their game on their staff there.

I hope that they just had a short term issue because it was exceptionally slow service. I ordered inside for dinner and then breakfast the next morning before hitting the road. Both times the service was not what I would consider fast food. The food was good.

First off they don't have have hot flavored coffee. Second of all you need to let the people put their own sugar and cream in their coffee if they have to drink regular coffee.

This is a medium size property, parking will be limited and challenging for big rigs and or RV's. Food was hot, service was prompt and the store and bathrooms were clean.

Worst experience ever! Terrible food after waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru because they wouldn’t give me a refund.
