My order was completely burned up..There was 2 meatballs and no pepperoni at all..It was suppose to have been garlic Parmesan crust .Not quit sure what it was due to it being burned so bad..It was very obvious that it was over cooked and should have been remade
I would have completely understood. When I called to complain the mgr.was very unprofessional..While talking she completely cut me off and hung up the phone..I have eaten here lots of times and most generally get the same thing..Never once have I had a bad experience until tonight...I won't be eating here again either until they can at least get a mfer that can handle a complaint differently..

I already sent the feedback to the store but I'm posting it here too. I ordered for delivery, entered my address wrong, and as a result, the driver didn't deliver to the correct address. I was called 4 times after initially trying to resolve the issue and when I eventually engaged in conversation, they tried to imply I was lying for free food bc their delivery driver is normally really good. I was not interested in them re-attempting delivery at that point and didn't really care about a refund. But they sent someone to deliver more food anyway, then told me they couldnt give me a refund, and included 2 free carryout cards as compensation. I am not engaging with your business again, and the cards will be thrown away. I should have just gotten a refund in the first place or not bothered calling to fix it. I would've rather not had my food and lost the money than deal w that interaction.

We ordered papa John’s the other night. We did a family special. 2 large pizzas and order of cheese sticks. I don’t know if somebody was sick or something wasn’t cooked right. But me, my fiancé & mother all got food poisoning and was in the hospital all together on IVs from puking papa John’s up 9 hours straight. I felt like I was completely dying.

I messed up my online order and made it carry out instead of delivery. I have 3 young kids and work from home, so leaving wasn’t an option. I called and it was no problem for the manager to get it delivered to me. Awesome customer service!! Thank you so much!!
I ordered what they call an “XL New York Style Pizza,” pepperoni.
As I opened the box I was immediately disappointed, I could see all the red sauce under the very thin translucent layer of cheese. Ny is famous for very stringy-cheesy pizza… and this does not compare, umm more cheese plz.
There wasn’t much of a “foldability” to the crust as you’d expect from anything called NY Style as it was a bit over baked, far too dry and would snap at the crust, rather than fold.
I was quite impressed with the crispy cupped pepperoni. To my surprise and excitement that aspect was perfectly executed.
The staff could have been much friendlier as well; no hello or any sort welcoming salutations, the same for my exit. They may as well have been introvert robots.
Overall score for Papa John’s local Morehead pizza: 6.2/10
