Made an online order it was ready in 15 minutes. I did stand by the counter for a few minutes the boy that was up there was talking to a girl, and I had to wait for them to finish talking 😔 before I was even acknowledged that I had been standing there waiting to get my pickup order. But this is the first time I've ever had this kind of problem there usually I am in and out in 2 seconds.

Delivery driver named Jonathon smelled like he hasn’t showed in weeks, he took 40 minutes to deliver my food when I live a mile away I placed at 6pm and got it at 6:40pm. Beware of that driver and they should be fired!

Decor is lacking... Bad. Food quality is good. It's standard Pizza Hut. Service? What service? LoL! The people they have are pleasant and helpful but they are woefully understaffed. All in all, order it to go, be patient waiting for someone to cash you out. The food is what you've come to expect from the Hut.

Could probably use more staff, not gonna knock it too much since it's hard to find good employees but I think there were a total of 3 people there. One or two more might knock down the slightly longer waiting time than I expected.

Arrived to find live ants crawling on the tables. Buffet needed stocked, cold pizza and pasta, salad ingredients were not cut to bite size portions. Short staffed.

The food could have been better. I don't think the personal pan pizzas are as good as they once were. But the chocolate chip cookie is amazing!!

It was good, only problem I have is the drinks there is no sweet tea and I got a Dr Pepper. They put a little too much and spilled but other than that, it was really good. Deafly recommend

We ordered a pepperoni pizza to go. When we got home this is what we had. Very few pepperoni, and very little cheese. I’ve gotten a lot better quality at Little Caesar’s Pizza, for half the price I paid at this Pizza Hut. The restaurant is dark and creepy, with a feeling of not being very clean. I would give them a small break if they had been really busy, but there were only 3 people together at one table inside. If we lived closer I would have taken the pizza back and complained, but we live an hour away. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Papa John’s is just a few feet away, I will gladly go there next time.
