Brought 7 people to get disappointed every bit as much as I did.. Servers complaining about working...cold food ... missing food ... and once again a tough rib eye loaded with Grissle and fat ... the loaded baked potatoes looked as if you were rationing condiments... It wasn't hot enough to melt butter. I tipped the waiter some, and paid the bill w/out complaining. THANKS ,for a memorable Christmas dinner..

The ribs are delicious. Today they did not have sweet potato casserole, which I love. They also charged us for a cup when we asked for a to go drink. My mom just poured her drink into the cup and they charged for a to go drink. We are a bit disappointed with them today. We usually have no complaints.

Always enjoy my trips to Renos. It had went downhill for a few years, but they seem to have been turning it around. The last 2 visits it has gotten better.

Was in town working and hadn’t seen a Reno’s in years go gave it a shot at lunch. Ordered Filet medium and it came out rare. Sent it back and it came out like beef jerky. By far worst steak I’ve had in a while, and my server younger girl wasn’t the best either had to ask for her twice because she never checked on the table. 👎🏼

A friend and I went for lunch. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious and prepared as we asked. It was a good dining experience!
Reminds me alot of Texas roadhouse...but better prices. Service was superb. Immersive cowboy style road house. Very clean and simple. Food was up to par. Definitely felt like I got my money worth. Not five star worthy food. But it was sufficient. Overall a great value 👌.

Place sucked didn’t even order waitresses was stuck up had probably 20 tables open put me right next to people smelled like mold when I walked threw the door $17 for a cheeseburger smh never again.
The food all tastes like it is off-brand. There is something not quite right with any of it.

Good area, it was pretty packed.. But the meal was out fast.. Drop a star as the potatoes on all 3 dishes were cold.. (Seems to be a recurring theme across a lot of restaurants ) The steaks were prepared correctly and seasoned well!
