Ordered a triple smasher and wanted to change the cheese from American to either nacho cheese or queso. They took the order sadly when my smasher came out it was the queso smasher with jalapeños and fritos, not what I ordered. I had to send it back. The second time, it came out it didn't have any cheese at all 🙄 I just resigned myself to eating it since I was too hungry to care at that point.

We left out because they didn't want to help us so very very poor. It's sad that we had to go over to Cook Out Next Door to get food and better service. Manager wouldn't help and the young boy that supposed to be helping us kept on looking at his watch. I know it was late but still had a hour to go. Morehead Sonic is pitiful

I ordered/ate on the patio. Ordered a #5 butter bacon cheeseburger. Took 15 minutes to get my order an the drive thru wasn't very busy. While waiting for my order, an employee brought food out to someone that had ordered from one of the pull up terminals. He was picking at his hind end while walking to their car. When my food finally arrived, it was very cold and barely edible. I did eat it because I'd spent neatly $13 for it. I gave the atmosphere 5 stars because I was outdoors enjoying the beautiful day. We stopped to get some meals and my husband said nothing on his burger but jalapeño and cheese and they put everything on it and we got 3 kids meals and 2 other meals and all the fries was cold and I have never had problems with this place before
