Usually have a decent experience, but for some reason today just wasn’t their day. i mobile ordered this drink, that shows strawberry puree as an add on. they first tried to hand it out without puree, i told her it was supposed to have it. she remade it, but forgot caramel crunch topping that’s right on the sticker. i wouldn’t mind usually but im literally paying for it? and didn’t receive it. plus doubled my time at the window because it wasn’t made right the first time. what’s the use in ordering in the app to make it faster and for the extras to be on the label for it to not be acknowledged? i spent like $7 on this drink, id like everything i pay for

I would give 5 stars but my Pumpkin spice latte was missing the syrup. It was a latte with cinnamon sprinkled on it. It’s not that hard folks. To think I even tipped. 🤦♀️

Always good coffee. Expensive but I make it a treat 2 or 3 times a month. Sometimes the line is usually long so ordering ahead on the app and going inside and picking up your drink makes sense. Friendly employees!
