I just wanna know who’s responsible for making sure supplies are ordered because they suck . There has never not been a time where I wanted to order something and they’re out supplies for 70% of the stuff they sell.

I had an amazing experience at the Morehead Starbucks that completely changed how I feel about my go-to drink. I’ve always ordered the same thing, but it never tasted quite right, and no one ever took the time to help me figure out why, until now.
Adam, one of the employees, went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to explain the difference between iced coffee and cold brew, recommended something new, and told me to trust him. I’m so glad I did, the drink he had them make was perfect, and now I’ll never order it any other way.
Beyond that, Adam was incredibly friendly, personable, and just an all-around great person to talk to. He even knew about the small town I’m from, small world! His great personality and help really made my day.
Adam, thank you for being a light. you deserve a raise!

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I do not know why I keep thinking it will change and before anyone comes at me, I am literally at Starbucks everyday. Morehead has hands down the worst customer service, can not get an order right even though they ask you 6 times what you ask for. How do you messing something up that's been verified 6 times. Honestly the best thing that could happen to that store is shut down and open the campus one up to everyone!
