A resturant doesn't close until 9pm. You don't break down a topping bar, until 9pm. You don't walk away from the counter when you see a customer approach. Get it together.

I have ate here several times and never had an issue. Got back to work after picking up lunch and ate half the sandwich before finding this fly in my sandwich. Thankfully I had looked down before picking up my next bite! Tried calling the store to speak to someone but couldn’t get ahold of any one. Very disappointing and disgusted!

Fix your pepper shaker please! when the “Sandwich artist” was making my sandwich she dumped a mountain of pepper onto my sandwich making it inedible! I have been to this subway before and never had something like this happen plus my order had been 17 dollars plus my friend’s sandwich. I enjoy subway and hope to see them do better!

It appears subway was closed, but yet they had a whole display of cookies for sell, well the main clerk was ok with selling me some, I even offered more than what the menu price had them down as plus tax…But the manager stepped in and said no cookies are to be sold after the register was down.Why not just close the store down at the same time?Why not sell fresh cookies that will sit in there for a good.. what 6-8 hours.. eat fresh?

The manger is very rude and doesn’t know how to do her job the boys there always staying in the back talking on lunch breaks you gotta wait atleast 10-15 mins to even get you’re food. They are pitful and need new workers very soon.

Thought I would try the new Boss Sub for the kids. The kid making the sub skimped on the meatballs and only put two in the sandwich. No wonder my boys were still hungry afterwards.

Sorry to say this but we are living in 21th century how in the earth you gonna have to racists nuckleheads they denied to server me because I’m Latino they thought I didn’t know what they were doing this happened on June 11 at 1030 am that’s a shame

After years of being customers; stopping in almost weekly for gas for the van and boat, sandwiches, snacks and ice for camping, my family will never spend another dime here. My dad is a truck driver and had made it to West Virginia and ALMOST back to Lexington this evening when he had to stop due to snow and interstate closures. Today was a declared state of emergency (Jan 6, 2021) and we were thankful to know he was on familiar territory. But when the clerk called the owner to make sure it was okay for my dad to leave his truck for the evening (10 hours overnight, max) the owner said no. They have a huge lot, nothing was being blocked, they aren’t a 24 hour store but they still refused. In. A. State. Of. Emergency. Is this how we treat our fellow Kentuckians? How sad.
