Spend 30 mins waiting on a sandwich and then wait 15 more get home and eat and it’s completely wrong order wow and geuss what gotta go Bach 25 miles to get fixed and not get compensation I’m sure sad work it’s not hard we was only ones there mind you

I ordered 2 of the sweet onion chicken teriyaki pro subs with double all veggies online via the app and was given these. There was little chicken. Half the vegies are missing. There was no olives and very few of everything else. Then when I called to ask what happened and if I ordered wrong a woman whose name started with T was very rude to me. Overall an awful experience. I don’t normally complain but the rudeness made what could’ve been a simple “hey just a mistake my bad” into a bitter tasting experience

Submitted an online order 30 min ago, still sitting here waiting for it as 5 people have walked in and got their subs. Hello? Does the concept of time confuse you?

Anyway, this place annoys me and is trash. Thankfully there is 2 other subways in this town

My experience at this particular Subway has been consistently disappointing. Curbside pickup is a service Subway offers — not a favor. Many customers use this feature for legitimate reasons, such as mobility issues, not just because they don’t want to get out of their vehicle.

(No, the store was NOT busy on any of these three occasions! Yes, this happened three times this month!) This time, after waiting 40 minutes, I called the store. The female employee who answered sounded extremely incoherent and unprofessional, as if she were under the influence of drugs. She said, “Yes, I’m holding it right now,” referring to my order — yet had no intention of bringing it out to my vehicle, despite curbside pickup being the service I intentionally selected! I had to ask her again to bring it out. Again, the store was NOT busy — maybe two customer came and went the entire 40 minutes.

Between the rude service, lack of attention, and cold soggy food, it’s clear this location has serious staffing and management problems. I sincerely hope they begin drug testing their employees.

Chose this subway as it was the closest to our hotel. Exceptional attitudes, service and food all around! I highly recommend this Subway for anyone that needs a great and quick dinner!

They gave us the wrong cookies. Sandwiches had half the amount of meat and cheese as other local places. Hardly any sauce and their prices are almost DOUBLED than other local stores. So double the price, half the food and no sauce. Ridiculous!

As a former Subway employee this is completely unacceptable, i swear anytime i don’t watch them physically make the sandwhich they screw me over and this is my last straw. I understand i barely got anything on my sub but they gave me probably not even one scoop of meat here. It’s like they were too lazy to get more. and i paid &10 for this. Never again

Charged me and my 75 year old mother for tap water out of the fountain dispenser. Made sure I refilled my drink with tap water which has always been free everywhere else in the freaking world but this Subway's in Morehead, KY. Good bye...
