I ordered from Subway for my me and my mom at about 1 pm today through the app and opened my sandwich to find that they left off the avocado that I paid extra for. After I ate my sandwich, I open the cookies and see that they gave us the wrong ones. I tried to call the store to file a complaint, but I called three times and they left me on hold for about five minutes each time before dropping the call. I won’t be going back anytime soon.
