They gave us the wrong cookies. Sandwiches had half the amount of meat and cheese as other local places. Hardly any sauce and their prices are almost DOUBLED than other local stores. So double the price, half the food and no sauce. Ridiculous!

As a former Subway employee this is completely unacceptable, i swear anytime i don’t watch them physically make the sandwhich they screw me over and this is my last straw. I understand i barely got anything on my sub but they gave me probably not even one scoop of meat here. It’s like they were too lazy to get more. and i paid &10 for this. Never again

Charged me and my 75 year old mother for tap water out of the fountain dispenser. Made sure I refilled my drink with tap water which has always been free everywhere else in the freaking world but this Subway's in Morehead, KY. Good bye...

apparently they need better employees because I had to order my food 4 times to get it right not to mention the 3rd time my food showed up it had around 5 bites of food in it. what a waste of time and money never again is all I'm saying and if it happened to me it could happen to you toMorehead, Kentucky subway sucks

Dont order online and Dont ask for bacon. They never have it. Ordered food online many times. They were out of bacon and refused to replace it after confirming online order and charging me. Also with online orders, they tend to forget items, drinks or chips or silverware.

It’s sad when you go to make a purchase after eating at this location several times in the last few weeks and you get there and they have fresh baked cookies which never hardly happens and you ask for several and even though they are sitting right there they REFUSE to sell them to you because they have to be ice cold and hard. And just a couple days ago we were there again and attempted to use the buy one get free coupon that they send out for the footlongs in the mail and even with 3 workers in there no one could get the coupon to work so they refused to honor it and told us that it was basically our problem and we needed to just pay cash for the subs. But the funny thing was we walked out and told them that they could keep them and went to another Subway location and the coupons worked just fine. I would not visit this Stone Street location again or recommend it to anyone. They do not know what they are doing and they are very rude as well.

ordered through doordash, the first time we received the wrong thing, doordash refunded us and we reordered again to fix the issue. STILL GOT THE WRONG THING!!!! this is by far the worst subway i have ever went to. don’t waste your money here, they don’t care and won’t fix anything. wish i could give zero stars.
