The service was wonderful. The cashier Gavin C. Was awesome. Very friendly staff, helpful trying to use the machine to order our food. We dined in. All the staff was nice and friendly. Nicest taco bell I've ever been in. Good people working there, had a great experience.

DRIVE THRU DON’T GO THROUGH!!!!
RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE! I ORDERED INSIDE TWO DAYS AGO AND LITERALLY WITNESSED DROP A CUSTOMERS FOOD ON THE FLOOR! THE FELLA PICKED IT UP, FIXED THE WRAPPER, PUT IT INTO THE BAG AND PROCEEDED TO GIVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!
I ENDED UP CUSSING AT THE GUY WHO THEN HAD TO REMAKE THE ORDER!!!!

The food was good but their service was not. They recently remodeled the place and now they no longer have real people taking orders. You have to put it into a tablet and the employees hide in the kitchen until your order is ready and then they go back and hide again. I ordered a freeze, the freeze machine was broken. We weren't told and we weren't given a refund. And for some reason, half of the trash cans are covered up, so there's only one trashcan available in the whole lobby. it used to be a cool and fun hangout place but it's going downhill..

I am just saying I love Morehead taco Bell always have.Today on 10-11, I went in with 3 family members and when I was about to getting up to get a drink, a roach climbed on me so we got the rest of our food and left. So when I got home I heated my burrito up and I was half way through my food and then I looked down before I took another bit and it was MOLDY and it made me puke everything up. Very angry and disappointed

Called me by the complete wrong name and just expected me to know it was my order, then started very loudly belittling me by calling me a "weirdo" in the kitchen where they thought I couldn't hear them . 10/11/24 midday shift

I understand businesses like this can get very busy and it can become hectic.But this was at midnight, and traffic was very minimal, I ordered the new $7 meal and a quesadilla meal. Along with three diet mountain dews, I got the seven dollar meal, two diet mountain dews and one regular mountain dew. Of course, by the time I realize this and attempted to go back, the business was closed, very disappointing

Going to this taco bell feels like a gamble. Sometimes its okay, at best. But most times, I wish we would've went elsewhere. Frequently, our food is coverred in water and slimy/soggy. We paid for our food today, they gave us no receipt and they messed up the order entirely. Pitiful effort coming from this location. Won't be back again. Do better!

Made a simplistic order of the Dorito Loco Taco meal, which comes with 3 tacos and a drink. I added chicken to my tacos. I got 3 tacos with lettuce and some cheese. No meat. No beef. No chicken. Nothing other than doritos out of a bag. It's not hard to look at a screen and see what has been ordered. I've worked fast food. The level of incompetence is mind blowing. These are not high schoolers or college kids that work there.
I will no longer buy food from this establishment until they hire people who can read a computer screen efficiently and make the food as described.
0/10 DO NOT recommend.

Several visits in a row with food not matching the order at all, customizations ignored, and almost never have specialty drinks available. Very disappointing every time we get home to find nothing is correct.

The people are so nice to me and everything seems friendly. For some reason, I can't get the baha blast freeze on the app at this location, I have to order it separate at the intercom, and they're so nice, patient, and understanding about it. Sometimes I don't get creamy jalapeño sauce on my chicken quasadillas. I'm not sure why. I'll order on the app and I always double checked to make sure it was supposed to have it before I ordered after the first time of getting none. I started adding "extra" to it in the app and they will always put it on there. Therefore, I've wondered if it's a glitch in the app and something going on with that set up. Because every time I click extra they put plenty on the there, they do a good job with it and it tastes good. They cook the food just fine, so it's nothing like that either.

I wish y'all would learn how to roll a freaking burrito. In my experience, having worked for charter for almost 3 or so odd years this is the worst store I've had the displeasure of going to. Absolute trash.
