Manager cares more about the company dime over correcting mistakes for customer. I spent an hour in the store trying to get an order remade that was stolen from a Doordash customer. They refused to remake the order saying that the store wouldnt get their money if they remade the order despite app instructions confirming that they would be reimbursed. Customer support for Doordash attempted to call and they had their phone either disconnected or the line was down and they had no idea, so they could not or WOULD not make contact with support to fix the issue. Customer was completely broke and as many of us know, Doordash is a terrible company that does have terrible refund policies. While this is not the fault of the employees at Taco Bell, their manager absolutely has the power to make an order that is UNDER $50 to help their customers get what they need. I am not a personal believer that the customer is always right, but this situation is very clear and this customer deserved so much better. Do better for your community and treat your fellow human as YOU would wish to be treated.

I spent over 60 dollars here and everything was trash ! All of it barely had anything in it ! The potatoes were cold .. it was all cold . You need To have adults working in there not a bunch of collage kids ! Never have a good experience here anymore they forgot stuff and when I went to get it whatever they gave me they should have just kept there was nothing in it ! I'm so upset!!! You cant Eat anywhere in Morehead it's just kids working everywhere and they don't know what they are doing hire some adults !!!

What happened to this place? Do the managers not even care anymore? Im rarely even in Morehead, but literally 3 times in a row they gave me either a completely different item on my simple order or like tonight, they game me someone else's order. Sad to say, I wont be back. Not even a busy drive thru, only person in line. No wonder. Wow.

It really doesn't matter what time you go there but just look for yourself, I mean most of the time they don't hardly put anything on them and when they do you get it looking like they picked it out of the trash, I did work there and I wouldn't send something out looking like trash .I mean don't Serve it to someone if you wouldn't eat it or if you wouldn't happy with it. Never actually give you extra when you pay for it and FREQUENTLY forget items in your order when you order delivery. Then when you go in to get what they forgot you get told to contact DoorDash even tho I already had and they told me to contact Taco Bell🙄🙄 if there was another TB in Morehead I would go there instead cause this one doesn’t care enough.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever eaten at. The employees are rude, inattentive, and apathetic. You can walk in and stand there for 15 minutes and be completely ignored. They mess up on the order every time. I'm never eating at this location again. Of the probably over 100 different locations I've eaten at, this is the absolute worst! Drive to the next closest location, avoid this one like the plague!!

How do you mess up a cheese quesadilla? I asked for just some cheese and sauce for a quick lunch and they put half the menu in it.
Had to change my review from great to poor , difference in employees , tacos had almost no cheese , half the meat as usual , very little lettuce, there was no lemonade in the drink dispenser and employees were rude , July 3rd 2025 at 6:30 , used to be a great meal here but today it was sub par

The service was wonderful. The cashier Gavin C. Was awesome. Very friendly staff, helpful trying to use the machine to order our food. We dined in. All the staff was nice and friendly. Nicest taco bell I've ever been in. Good people working there, had a great experience.

DRIVE THRU DON’T GO THROUGH!!!! RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE! I ORDERED INSIDE TWO DAYS AGO AND LITERALLY WITNESSED DROP A CUSTOMERS FOOD ON THE FLOOR! THE FELLA PICKED IT UP, FIXED THE WRAPPER, PUT IT INTO THE BAG AND PROCEEDED TO GIVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER!!!! I ENDED UP CUSSING AT THE GUY WHO THEN HAD TO REMAKE THE ORDER!!!!
