Wendys in Morehead used to be the best fast-food place in town. However, I have noticed a decline in service within the last year or so. I went today to get a meal for lunch and instead of the drive thru worker taking care of the customer at the window she was hollering over my vehicle in my ear at a group of men in the parking lot. To me that is just very rude and inconsiderate to the customer they should be taken care of. Not once did she look at me or even acknowledge me. The food was still great but that's not all that makes a customer want to return to a restaurant.

I go to Wendy's and I spend $31.33 my order was wrong I was giving somebody else's so I called to get a replacement order they did not fix it properly so I called and done the survey and I called the restaurant and I was told that I would get refund at 3133 and it never happened

Food was awful. Ordered a taco salad no meat in the chili, Ordered Cinnabon bites they were so hard I dropped it on the floor and it didn't crumble. Great service horrible food

Terrible service buddy got mad and threw my baconator fries because I wanted them to be warm and not cold and then he ran away from the cashiers table having a tantrum and there was a line of customers waiting. The time this happened was 1:45 on Saturday nov 16th

This is the best Wendy's I have ever eaten at. They are always fast and efficient, and the food is always great. I've never had an issue with this Wendy's. It's always clean every time I go in to eat. Their breakfast is amazing, and it's really great for the price!
