Kids meal chicken nuggets was sliced chicken too hard to eat reported to manager. They offered to cut them up terrible. My food was so salty couldn’t eat. It didn’t seem as if they cared won’t go back.

Finally convinced my wife we should make the drive from Henderson. She really enjoyed it, the kids asked if we could come again tomorrow. Food was fresh and delicious, service was great. Typical Mexican restaurant pricing.

Xavier and the entire El Mexicano team are great. The food is delicious and the portions are typically enough for some leftovers. We enjoy lunch there and highly suggest the quesabirria. It not on the menu but is generally available by request.

Javier is an amazing owner! Such a nice guy. Waitresses are always kind. Food always comes out super quick! Will ALWAYS recommend El Mexicano over others in the county! Have been eating there since I was little and have eaten there almost every weekend since Javier took over!

While visiting family in Henderson, we went here for lunch and it was delicious!!! We ordered paella, chimichangas, quesadillas, guacamole and a burrito. EVERYTHING was fresh, hot and tasty. Before we head back to Chicago we are placing another order to take with us.
Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to tomatoes and don’t like lots of bell peppers and El Mexicano were able to make it just the way I wanted it.
Kid-friendliness: The children there were having a great time enjoying their food and the colorful atmosphere. The servers go above and beyond and check on you often.

The manager is awesome here. He isn't one to sit in the back. He's out and about working his butt off. He is so friendly and all the grandkids live "The Manager" lol. Always a great experience when we go in, and we always have a very large crowd. Thank you for the great food and awesome service.

Horrible service tonight. I didn't get what I wanted and then the owner tried telling me I didn't tell him I didn't want something and then still made me pay for it even though i didnt eat it. I left the burrito untouched on my table. We got chips and salsa when we arrived but never got another thing of chips after that because we never had anyone come back to us untill they brought our food an hour later and they were quick to leave so I didn't get a chance to tell them "hey I need more chips so my kids can eat their cheese dip". The cheese dip was something else we couldn't enjoy because we didn't have chips. My daughter was drinking the water from her ice melting because again, no service to get her more water.
