A friend and I went, I ordered fish bites and a loaded baked potato. He ordered shrimp and crawfish tails smothered in cajun sauce. He ordered that same platter to go, as well as 3 slices of peanut butter pie. And the peanut butter pie was awesome.

This is the second time i have been here in a couple months and it is elite, I can’t believe I haven’t been here more. The sweet tea? Gas, a little sweet, but gas. The value? Insane. $9.99 for a heaping plate of Crawfish Étouffé and Shrimp Creole over rice with garlic bread on the side. The waiters/waitresses are crazy hospitable, and overall, this experience is elite. Me and my family will definitely come back.

Had our office meeting at the Feed Mill tonight - service was great, the food was DELICIOUS, and we all had a great time! Wasn't too loud so we could talk without having to yell and we had a great time!! Thank you Feed Mill 🙂

We were a party of 6 and were charged a 15% gratuity without any verbal notice, signs, or menu disclosure. The waitress didn’t mention it, and I tipped again not realizing it had already been added. I handed her $110 on a $90 bill, and she said nothing. Disappointing. Fried chicken was overcooked and dry. Prime rib was grilled after cooking, which was odd. We usually stick with Cajun and wish we had. Food was mediocre overall. Just be aware of the hidden gratuity charge.

I got the gator meat and it was delicious and for dessert I got the pecan pie, my husband got the prime rib cooked medium baked potato, green beans, and he got the chocolate turtle cake and everything was so yummy!!:)

Would we drive an hour and 15 minutes just to eat here? Why yes...yes, we sure would. The food is delicious, the service is fast and very friendly, portions are generous, and their prices are reasonable. To the owners: if you ever consider opening a second location, consider Marion Illinois; we have the customers and the infrastructure, as well as an extremely business-friendly city government.
