I have traveled all over the eastern side of the US and in those travels, I have hit up some McDonalds along the way. This by far was the best McDonalds experience we have ever had. I came thru the drive thru at 6 pm with a mobile order- got 3 burgers and 1 large fry to share among the 2 other people in the car in under 3 minutes. The service was polite, professional. The food was hot, seasoned appropriately- frankly the best daily double burgers we ever had. The large fry was packed to the top, not half way- hot fresh and not too salty- plenty to share between 3 adults. Morganfield McDonalds is great- kudos to the crew that were working at 6 pm on 12/4/2024. Best McDonalds meals we have EVER had!!! Corporate needs to come and check out this crew and give them kudos!

The morganfield McDonalds today was by far the worst experience I have ever witnessed & I was totally disappointed, offended & embarrassed. I feel that my family, friends & myself are owed an apology & an explanation ! The staff & management were unprofessional, disrespectful & rude. It is the very first McDonald's that did not honor my combat veteran's discount & acted offended when presented with it. We were there for 40 minutes coming through the drive-through. Got order wrong had to reorder & yet again got it wrong. Each time presented with an order, it had to be shown it was wrong, short on food & had to ask for drinks & got it wrong again. From sitting in a hot truck, having to run in and out just to get receipts so they could refer to order. As a proud veteran, I'm ashamed to say the morganfield McDonald's is my hometown restaurant. They need to be trained by the indiana McDonald's. I felt compelled to apologize to friends & family. NOW HERE'S THE KICKER... " THE DAM FOOD WAS COLD & TASTED OLD. THE MILK SHAKES WERE SWEET MILK, FRIES COLD HARD AND STALE. The whole time & miserable experience, we remained calm, patient & understanding. It will never see us again. Morganfield, Ky location food is always cold. At night...they never turn on their McDonald's sign, making it very dark and appears to be closed. I mentioned it once a while ago and the girl told me that the manager doesn't want it on. Also...a guy working there was arrested for selling drugs through the drive through window.

Ordered on App. Waited 10 minutes at the counter before anyone even came out of the kitchen to see if anyone was in the restaurant. I could overhear multiple people, including who appeared to be the shift leader using profanity in the kitchen. When employee (shift leader?) finally walked out and through the lobby to take a bag to a car, he asked if I had an online order. I said yes.. He said "I saw it, but haven't had time to make it yet" basically because McDonald's has turned into drive thru focus only and has a hostile attitude/work flow/set up toward anyone that actually walks in to the buildings. I was just expected to be ok with the fact that my order was skipped over for a dozen drive thru orders.. Food was about what you'd expect from average McDonald's....

Without a doubt the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. There is a ridiculously long wait time when there is no need for it and 9 times out of 10 your food will still be cold. The managers are worthless and refuse to speak to you when you go back in an attempt for a refund.
Service was very slow the staff were not friendly at all my order was three items and 3 drinks and it was wrong no offer to fix it or anything. I doubt I go back everyone there basically ignored the customers inside the store.

They never serve food hot even when u order it a different way than it comes, they r slow and not friendly with every experience I have had... Plus the burgers have shrunk its like no meet on the bun

got drinks from there not even a week ago and the sprite was absolutely disgusting, tasted like they let it sit with ice in for 30 minutes, no carbonation, tasted like flat warm pee. Came back a couple days later and got a fanta and sprite and both tasted the exact same way as before, waiting out in the hot sun makes you wanna drink and it's really disappointing when you don't get what you paid for.

Food was fresh and really good. I had a good laugh standing waiting on my food and macchiato tho lol. Had extra 2 shots of espresso added to my coffee due to them being super sweet at times. The manager was like holy cow this person ordered 2 extra espresso shots lol it’s me I’m the problem haha ? made for a wonderful experience.

Gave us our drinks without straws. After several minutes at the pickup window they parked us. A few minutes later they parked another car. We waited over 10 minutes. They waited to bring our food until the others car food was done too, so they only had to walk out once, which left our food cold. They weren't busy or friendly.
