I travel a lot and I came here to the McDonald’s in morganfield and the service was rather rough. I was getting my order and seen a guy with a purse and AirPods in, a middle aged woman with no teeth and was on something, and when I walk in the customers all give me a weird look and eyeball me. Morganfield is one of the creepiest places I’ve ever been and this McDonald’s is by far the best fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Stop doing what you’re doing please :) Colby.

Ordered two triple cheeseburgers, plain they never came plain and they weren’t even triple cheeseburgers, but I was charged for triple cheeseburgers service is just slacking off Terrible experience won’t be back Until new staff is there😤

Food decent, service sucked, took 20 minutes to get pancakes and sausage biscuits. Always seems to be this way, don't know why.

I did a mobile order for a DIET Dr Pepper, I drank half of it before realizing that it was regular Dr Pepper. So I called and told them that and asked if I could come back for my DIET the girl in the phone said yes. I can by the next day, in the drive thru, and told them “I’m in the books for a DIET Dr Pepper.” Girl gave it to me , I pulled into a parking spot to test it to see if it was diet or regular, it tested as regular. So, I went inside to tell them this is regular and I need a diet cause I’m a type 1 diabetic and the regular soda could make me very very sick. She fixed me another one and then turned her back and went into the kitchen. I stood there and tested it and that one was also a real, regular, Dr Pepper! Later I called to speak to a manager about this and about how a diabetic thinking they are drinking a diet soda when it is regular could cause them to die!!! The manager just said “ok.” He didn’t care, he didn’t offer an apology or ask how they can fix the issue. They just don’t care. This McDonald’s really sucks!

I have traveled all over the eastern side of the US and in those travels, I have hit up some McDonalds along the way. This by far was the best McDonalds experience we have ever had. I came thru the drive thru at 6 pm with a mobile order- got 3 burgers and 1 large fry to share among the 2 other people in the car in under 3 minutes. The service was polite, professional. The food was hot, seasoned appropriately- frankly the best daily double burgers we ever had. The large fry was packed to the top, not half way- hot fresh and not too salty- plenty to share between 3 adults. Morganfield McDonalds is great- kudos to the crew that were working at 6 pm on 12/4/2024. Best McDonalds meals we have EVER had!!! Corporate needs to come and check out this crew and give them kudos!

The morganfield McDonalds today was by far the worst experience I have ever witnessed & I was totally disappointed, offended & embarrassed. I feel that my family, friends & myself are owed an apology & an explanation ! The staff & management were unprofessional, disrespectful & rude. It is the very first McDonald's that did not honor my combat veteran's discount & acted offended when presented with it. We were there for 40 minutes coming through the drive-through. Got order wrong had to reorder & yet again got it wrong. Each time presented with an order, it had to be shown it was wrong, short on food & had to ask for drinks & got it wrong again. From sitting in a hot truck, having to run in and out just to get receipts so they could refer to order. As a proud veteran, I'm ashamed to say the morganfield McDonald's is my hometown restaurant. They need to be trained by the indiana McDonald's. I felt compelled to apologize to friends & family. NOW HERE'S THE KICKER... " THE DAM FOOD WAS COLD & TASTED OLD. THE MILK SHAKES WERE SWEET MILK, FRIES COLD HARD AND STALE. The whole time & miserable experience, we remained calm, patient & understanding. It will never see us again. Morganfield, Ky location food is always cold. At night...they never turn on their McDonald's sign, making it very dark and appears to be closed. I mentioned it once a while ago and the girl told me that the manager doesn't want it on. Also...a guy working there was arrested for selling drugs through the drive through window.
