Since they have downsized food items, I didn’t get enough marinara sauce for my breadsticks. Also they have changed the recipe and it doesn’t taste like the original. Several spices are omitted giving the sauce more of a tomato paste taste. Sad to say but true. Staff was friendly. Freezing cold inside. Fans are blowing on the customer. Not COOL.

Horrible delivery service. Ordered food at 5:39 pm. Supposed to be delivered by 6:19. Well it’s after 7 and I still haven’t received my order. Called the store and the driver still hasn’t even left yet.

My order was wrong and missing items, when I called to ask for the missing items and a correct pizza to be delivered I was told they can't do that. And apparently every employee there is a manager, because I was passed off 2 times and told both were managers, but could not do anything to satisfy a customer, except tell me they were short staffed. Unpopular opinion - if you can't make a pizza because of short staff, don't take orders or close for the night!

Sorry for accidentally ordering it for ASAP instead of a scheduled order, but I really don’t need a “they’re already in the oven” or a lecture on how to use to app. It took me 15 minutes of being on hold to get to the actual store. I can’t control that. I called as soon as I realized the mistake. Just say “Ok, no problem.” I get it. You’re tired. You’re stressed. But don’t make me feel bad. People make mistakes. It’s okay to make mistakes.

Do not even bother. IF they ever answer the phone they may or may not be delivering. They are carry out and delivery only and 90% of the time they will claim they have no drivers. There are several much better, friendlier locally owned options with far superior customer service, pizza and value for the money. Zero stars of whatever should be an option for this sorry excuse for a "restaurant."

Let’s start off with the costumer service help line I think I called them to ask Pizza Hut I do a half and half order one on one card the rest on the other she said yeah and started lying her ass off🤣 I still remember what I ordered and the price 50.52 on my screen so she’s like it’s 52.50 so I’m how tf my order get up to $2 more dollars and she started getting mad and smart with me 😭 I was being respectful till she’s like “I’m not finna argue over $2” so I’m like bet repeat my order and she did and everything that I ordered was right but her math still wasn’t matching so I’m like how much is everything and she said a 20z soda a orange crush was $5 and hung up in my face after I ask why tf is she lying. She ended up giving me and my bf a free brownie maybe bc she was wrong?
Another incident was with a virtual gift card so boom I get a $50 gift card and try applying it to a order and it said it has no funds I check the Pizza Hut app I even called the Pizza Hut gift card line and they even confirmed I have $50 so I call Pizza Hut for help again girl kept telling me to try again and again and then call back a hour later so I’m like are you slow and I hung up and ordered my stuff 15 mins later after finding out the issue thanks for the bad customer service Pizza Hut
I ordered food today and idk how pizzas hut can’t read but I ordered buffulo sauce not marinara.. so are they 14-15 year olds working back there or like?

The local one is good. Too expensive, but good. The delivery driver's are always very nice. Pizza Hut corporate needs to do away with that hideous ordering process where you can't get in touch with the local restaurant. It's horrible. Absolutely horrible. Do better. Not everybody wants to order online.

Update on my horrible service. I went back and the day ladies Assistant Manager ( the actual manager) fixed it no problem. Had I had some courtesy last night this problem would have not gotten out of hand Thanks for your help
