Just close the drive thru. You guys never get it right. Checking the order before you hand it out the window is part of your job!!!! 8/10 times the order is wrong. Just left with an order for a 20 piece and well done fries. Fries were cold and got no sauce for the nuggets.

Ordered at the kiosk and there was no sign saying that they couldn't make iced caramel macchiatos. I had to ask for a refund!! If you tell the runner that you can't make a drink I already paid for why did he have to ask if I could get a refund?? I did get a refund but having to ask for it was a bit much. The manager really tried to keep my money

Wouldn’t recommend going here…might as well stop at the sonic down the road next to it! I came here in the morning waited in the drive thru and everyone else in the second lane got their order taken and I waited and waited and still no one answered so I drove off. Came back the same day but for dinner, the fries are extremely old and cold, wouldn’t recommend.

Had a little trouble with the ordering screen. Couldn't get to the milkshakes once I ordered a burger.
Parking: Approximately 15 spots surrounding the building. Also plenty of spots in adjacent parking lot. 4 wheelchair accessible parking spots.
Food ain't worth the price for what you pay here you can get a more delicious meal down the road

I work 3rd shift and I stop here a lot for my lunch before going to work.(nothing is open at 3am-4am) I go to drive threw since lobby is closed and I always get super friendly service and fast drive threw time.

They always get my burger order correct , but the oil is old so I do not get anything fried anymore. Also the lady taking my order kept ignoring me , didn't tell me the total or ask what type of sauce I wanted. The lady giving me food got an attitude when I asked for bbq sauce. She said " if you want something you should have ordered it" rude employees should not be working in customer service.

Order on app shows $7.98 for sandwiches
and I Ordered Tea in which the App shows $1.60
RECEIPT SHOWS Subtotal of $11.97
SHOULD have been a subtotal of $9.67
After 6 percent state tax and 3 percent local tax. TOTAL should have been $10.54
Total ended up being $13.07.
