They have forgotten on numerous occasions to put the sauces i bought and have forgotten to put my fries in the bag too

This was our first visit at this particular mcdonalds. We were told to pull forward, no issue there. When we pulled forward there were 3 other cars also waiting. We had to pull over to the side to avoid the other cars. The girl at the pickup window that instructed us to pull forward was also the one to bring our food. She was sure to very rudely scold us on our parking location. When we told her that was literally the only place to park she rolled her eyes and walked away. Her behavior was very rude. She perhaps should work in the kitchen area so she isn't in direct contact with the public as she clearly doesnt have the attitude for it.

Ordered food and drink, and my app went to pick it up and they did not give me my drink when I asked them about my drink that I ordered in the app. I got told we don’t control the app and also did not receive a drink when I showed them that I ordered a drink

Whoever is in charge of making biscuits in the morning needs a raise! They NEVER disappoint. Always warm, soft and super fluffy. Best biscuits ever

I can't really tell you about my experience other than it was kiosk order and it was very busy and we couldn't get anyone to help us so we left we don't usually do kiosk maybe for the younger generation

this McDonald’s is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. The drive-through takes at least 20 minutes and nothing is ever right!!!!!!!

Took forever to get our food and it was barely warm at best.
Just close the drive thru. You guys never get it right. Checking the order before you hand it out the window is part of your job!!!! 8/10 times the order is wrong. Just left with an order for a 20 piece and well done fries. Fries were cold and got no sauce for the nuggets.

Ordered at the kiosk and there was no sign saying that they couldn't make iced caramel macchiatos. I had to ask for a refund!! If you tell the runner that you can't make a drink I already paid for why did he have to ask if I could get a refund?? I did get a refund but having to ask for it was a bit much. The manager really tried to keep my money
