I'm not sure why but they always mess up orders and do replace them I guess they are trying to do the best they can, not alog of people work there I get they are short handed as is everyone else in the world and food is OK at times some times it could be better and service with a smile couldn't hurt but other than that it's fast food I guess lol can't complain too much.
If you place an order here, don't be in a hurry. Push the button 5 min delay in getting order taken. 25 minutes later 2 ice cream sundays and 1 milkshake.
