How this place hasn’t gone out of business is beyond me. I have never had a good experience here, but yesterday took the cake. I was behind a car in the drive through line and after it left I pulled up. The lady said she’d be with me in a moment… understandable. I waited for 5-6 minutes… nothing. I backed out of line and pulled around to see a woman with a headset on out in the parking lot smoking to longest cigarette I have ever seen. Gross… terrible service. I hope it goes under soon… maybe a different restaurant will be better there… sad to see such terrible effort and service.

Last couple of times I've gone,(drive-thru) The curly fries were nasty. Several times they a long w/Potato cakes, taste like they've been fried in old/dirty grease. Wait forever on cheese stix,God forbid ya order those. Pull up & wait for them to bring it out. Then the roast beef is cold! But I love the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Bronco-Berry sauce is a plus as well. Always friendly staff, and I live 10 min away in a town with only one drive thru restaurant, so I go regularly.

Went today and had horrible service. We went in to eat and they are servicing the drive thru and ignoring us. I wouldn't get them a star at all for how poor the service

I tried the new item the Angus beef sandwich a complete rip-off the picture in the add shows Brown Steak but the ones I bought were all greenest color. Plus I have noticed that the employee uniforms all Jet Black. Every fast food restaurant that wears all Black are the ones I don't trust. Good bye Arby's

Took well over 25 minutes in the drive thru to even get my food paid for, while they already had two other people parked waiting aside from the ridiculous prices and bottom tier food quality you’re 10/10 better off driving down the street to Town and Country, Camargo Arby’s is a big fat joke idk how they’re still open.

*2025 update* It's still the slowest service from any restaurant that I've ever visited. I just tried to go through the drive-thru, and one car in front of me had just put in an order. There was one car waiting on an order past the drive-thru window. They had two active orders, and I waited 5 to 10 minutes for them to even come back on the intercom to take my order, but by this point, I decided I would just go somewhere else.
Every time I go here, the service is slow. I'm not sure why they take as long as they do, but no other restaurant has as bad of a wait, not even the other Arbys in town.

This makes my 3rd. Time going there... Everytime I go there it's always something.. 1st. Time i waited FOREVER..AND my order was wrong 2nd. Time they had me pull up to the wait line ..I had ORDERED a cherry turnover n they said that none were ready would be about 20 min.... but they could give me an apple. So okay. !!! But then I pulled up to wait it was about 25.. more min. When they come they were like oh sorry we were waiting for your fries to get done.. hell i could have had the cherry turn over.... forgot my sauce so I had them go back in for some. Bla bla.. 3rd. N last time.. placed my order. Went to the window corse they wanted the money asap..I had ordered a diet coke.. got a reg. One.. then once again I was ask to pull up had sat at the window for 10 min. Then sat another 9 min. Waiting they came out with my order no napkins/ no sauce/ wrong drink...and if you oder the roast beef it's always like the scrap end of the meat n if you get beef n cheddar you're lucky to see a very small amount of cheese.. I'M DONE.!!!

This place is a sub par version of what Arby's usually is. Never been there that I had an order correct, or the food halfway edible
