Big City Pizza Mt Sterling

We just tried Big City pizza for the first time tonight and it was really good!!

Tried it twice was great both times. I hope they keep it up.

Crust is way too thin. Like the taste but it falls apart to easy. And I feel like it could use maybe 5-10 more minutes in the oven

Stayed for awhile waiting for someone to take our order no one said a thing not I'll be with you in a minute or anything so we left and went somewhere else.

Edit: the owner responded to my review 2 weeks ago. Still no refund. Crazy how the owner and management will lie and tell you they will give a refund and not do it.

There was dirt in my pizza, under the cheese. I took a bit and cheese pulled off and that’s when I saw it. I returned the pizza showing the “manager” he told me he issued a refund. It’s been 5 days and still no refund.

The pizza was amazing. I enjoyed the meatball sub, but would recommend more sauce. It was kinda dry and bland. Good atmosphere and quick at bringing food out.

I ordered a single calzone and a slice of cheesecake. My order was over 20 minutes late and the calzone was cold when it finally arrived. The driver almost took off with the cheesecake slice, I had to stop him and tell him I was missing part of my order. $5 for a MICRO slice of cheesecake is a joke. This will be my last time ordering from Big City Pizza.

The food was really good!! The best pizza in the area. The cheesy bread sticks were fantastic!!

There was a issue with our order, but they fixed it quickly.

Looking forward to trying the cheesecake next time!

It was good. I enjoy the bread sticks soo much. Evertyime we have to get them. We tried the subs today and wasn't sure if we would like them. But we did and they were filling and very satisfying. The pizza is amazing from previous experience. The stuffed pizza is the best but not for the next day leftover. Lol. Everyone is so kind when we go in and has a positive attitude. The atmosphere is calm and enjoyable at least for us when we went. It wasn't too busy. As it can be sometimes. But today was Judy perfect.

By far the best pizza here in Mt Sterling. It’s consistent, employees are always nice, highly recommend Big City
