While traveling my husband and I stopped here for breakfast. The sausage biscuit was awful. The biscuit was so flat looked like it had been sat on. The sausage had a bad smell. I threw it out. We won't ever stop here again.

Burger King has always been my go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Their Whopper is a classic for a reason - juicy patty, toasted bun, and all the fixings. It's a total win. They've got a good variety of other stuff, too. From crispy chicken sandwiches to breakfast burritos, there's something for everyone. The service is usually pretty fast and friendly. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but it's worth it for the food. Overall, Burger King is a reliable spot for a good burger and fries.
This place really needs corporate to show up! Manager on duty you could tell did not want to be there. Slinging bags and pushing the door open really hard. The drink machine only has coke and sprite available. Went to the counter to ask if other drinks were available by the drive through window only to have the ride manager to look at me and walk off. Went not recommended going to the Mt Sterling location especially on Sunday afternoons

For the second time I have gone in Mt Sterling Burger King and stood at the counter and was ignored! The first time I stood there probably for 5 min and they just looked at me. No "we will be with you in a minute" or anything. Looked at me and looked away. I left both times very angry. I went to Winchesters BK and it was great! Don't go to Mt Sterling unless you want to be ignored!

When we walked in there was absolutely no one at the counter, and we seen no one in the kitchen, it was like a ghost town not to add not one single customer was inside or in the drive thru. We stood for a good 3 minutes before anyone appeared from the back. The lady that took our order was very nice, but the rest of the staff were not very friendly, they seemed very irritated that they had to actually work at work! When they didn't have any orders they could be very clearly seen from the dinning room sitting beside the prep table on their phones, one heavy set guy was spitting his tobacco chew in a cup and then sat the cup on the prep table, whom I believe was the manager on shift was very clearly seen vapping. Just an extremely very unprofessional place and will not be returning.
