Went here for the red velvet cheesecake! It was amazing! We did wait in drive thru at least 25 minutes, that was a bummer, but it was worth the wait!

i am a regular customer but last two times inclded an order i just picked up is gross. cold french fries and soggy old fish. i even asked very polietly if it was fresh amd still got old ikky food dont waste your time or money here

I want take this time to really thank a lady who worked the cash register at 01/11/2024 she is has the most amazing attitude and she was so compassionate. My son and me and my daughter all come in to eat and I was talking to the lady and I had told her it’s was my son 2nd birthday and she wished him happy birthday and then we order she then told me she was going to use her own personal discount to give him a cheesecake for his birthday she brought it over and even sang Happy Birthday to him it melted my heart she was so compassionate and I’m so happy we got to meet her. Thank you so much for my making my son day so special and thanking you for the excellent job you did in taking care of the customer excellent attitude

The food was good, hot and as ordered online. The trouble came when the "reward" offered in the app wouldn't load into the order.This seemed to greatly confuse the manager on how to handle it when I asked if it could be added. Reply was that it could only be done with an online order. Explained again that it wouldn't load to the online order. Eventually he gave up and put the "reward" in bag and said he'd "figure it out later". I didn't start out to ruin his day but his attitude stiffened my resolve to not leave without the "reward".

First, this is the first review I've ever written. No exaggeration, this was the worst meal I've ever paid for. The service was terrible, our orders were wrong, the food was undercooked, it was under staffed, other people in the restaurant commented that we should get our money back but the "manager" on duty said he hadn't been trained on how to do refunds and his boss (Andy) had "gone somewhere" but wouldn't tell anyone where he was going. I guess he went somewhere that had no cell service because the staff didn't know how to reach him. Hope he gets back alright. My wife and I will never, ever go back to any Captain Ds under any circumstances. $30 hard lesson. On a brighter note, the place was clean and they did give us 2 pieces of cheesecake.
