I want take this time to really thank a lady who worked the cash register at 01/11/2024 she is has the most amazing attitude and she was so compassionate. The food was good, hot and as ordered online. The trouble came when the "reward" offered in the app wouldn't load into the order.This seemed to greatly confuse the manager on how to handle it when I asked if it could be added. Reply was that it could only be done with an online order. Explained again that it wouldn't load to the online order. Eventually he gave up and put the "reward" in bag and said he'd "figure it out later". I didn't...
The sign is now down. Raising stars from 1 to 4.Previous post:Not disability friendly! No exceptions to ordering at the speaker (to allow driving to the window for better communication). This leaves those with speech and hearing issues with less service than others.It affects my life zero, but I will not visit places who won't allow such a simple, easy accommodation. As basic humans we should support one another by not giving money to such companies.
