I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but this place earned it. I would literally give them 0 Stars if I could!!!!
First off, half of the food was cold, which was already disappointing. But that’s not even the worst part. While we were dining, I found what looked like a piece of balloon or rubber inside my egg roll. Yes — actual foreign material in my food. I have photos and kept the piece.
Then, my 13-year-old brother slipped and fell on a wet floor where there were NO wet floor signs at all. I was walking right behind him holding my 6-month-old baby. It could have just as easily been me falling with my baby in my arms. Instead, it was my little brother who ended up hurt.
Not only did no one apologize or show any concern, but the woman at the front counter was extremely rude when we brought it up. She actually tried to fight us on paying the entire bill — even after I made it very clear we were not paying for this mess. Their solution? A pathetic $10 off a $70 bill like nothing happened.
No apology. No manager stepping in. No basic human decency.
This is both a food safety issue and a liability issue. They have cameras that clearly show what happened, and trust me — this isn’t over. I’ll be filing a complaint with the health department and pursuing this further.
Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. ❌
If they can’t keep their floors safe or their food clean, they shouldn’t be serving the public.

Excellent place to eat! HANDS DOWN the best in Mt sterling. Food on the bar is fresh, staff is very nice, and the restaurant is extremely clean! 10/10 would recommend.

Very bad business got no service from waiter got put in room and forgot about. Had to even ask for the check to find out they stamped it with a 18 dollar tip. Told them I always tip but not when the waiter did no work for the tip. Been going for years and now they add the tip with out you knowing no I want be back. And yes lady at register was very rude when I tried to tell her the waiter never came back to us. Sure hope someone opens up a Chinese restaurant in town that has respect for their customers. I am going to post it every where.

Took my family there today. Good lawd! All the food was watery and without taste. That was not the biggest problem. When I received the bill, they had automatically add a tip. What the hell? The person bought drinks, a few napkins and a fork, nothing more. We served ourselves. I refused to pay the automatic tip. It was not posted anywhere that this was the policy. They have lost my business! Three adults with 3 kids $143. When leaving, I notice all dirty the back part of the place is. Many broken down stoves, fryers and junk.
