Boy has it changed. My Catfish was gone. Although I did like the Beef Tips. Proportions back to an appropriate size. Where did Uncle Herschell go? Why can't your server carry straws? Talk about slowing down service.

Stopped here twice in the last month, I should have learned the first time. It took an hour to get my food both times and the server pretty much ignored us the whole time.
Go somewhere else. Thank God I had chips in my jacket pocket. It took almost an hour to get 4 pancakes 6 pieces of bacon and a side of already made hashbrown casserole. Seems a bit extreme for the order placed. Finally got my raw bacon and burnt pancakes. Very displeased. Will never come back.

This is my first experience with Take Out dinner on the Early Dinner Deals Menu. I had to make three phone calls in an attempt to order and was placed on hold all three times for what I suspected due to the staff not prepared or understood the menu I was ordering from (Early Dinner Deals Menu). On my forth call same day, I way transferred to a second person who actually took my phone in order. As one of the staff members said, I have decided to wait to order a second time for the staff to be trained on taking such calls. I did attempt to place my order online, with no success because the EDD Menu isn’t working properly!

Food was prepared and brought out fast. Biscuits were moist and tender not like some I have gotten in past that were firmer and drier. Gravy was plentiful and right amount so I didn’t have to ask for more. Country ham was good not over cooked and tasted good. Eggs were over light and tender like they should be without runny whites but not over cooked. The tomatoe slices could have been a little more ripe. The inside had some tough white areas consistent with under ripe tomatoes but they were ok. Server was efficient and great. Brought coffee before I ran out and brought food fast. The kitchen staff also brought out food and keep eye on my table. Good job this visit
