I had a wonderful experience at Dairy Queen today. The woman working the drive-thru window was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She told me she only had one Blizzard coin and had been waiting all day for a customer with just one child so it would be fair—and she gave it to my son. That level of consideration and kindness truly made our day. Excellent customer service and a reminder of how a small act of kindness matters! Thank you!!

The best Dairy Queen I've been to. The kids that work there are always super respectful and nice. The service is quick the place is always super clean and well manicured outside. When its busy they have people out there taking orders in the drive thru line.

I bought my son's birthday cake here. I wasn't sure if I needed to order ahead, but a nice young man who I think is the manager helped me and when I went back it was super quick to get the cake written on and purchased. It was really good, too!

Got my favorite chocolate 🍫 and Carmel moo latte when I was out for appointments and went through the drive through told them exactly how I wanted it and got it made to my expectations. Love that they made it the way I ask.

very uncomfortable to eat inside and constantly hear the blonde girl (general manager i assume) constantly scream and yell at her employees. can be heard from the kitchen to all the way in the seats in the back.

I went lastnight and this employee natlie im pretty sure was her name helped me carry 2 trays of ice cream and a cake out.. she was very nice and patient. I will definitely be back and will tell everyone else to as well.

I don't know what was going on last night (7/31/25), but I think I received a cheeseburger made earlier in the day that had so much ketchup it looked like it was hemorrhaging and what seemed like week-old onion rings. Normally, they're very soft, fresh and hot. I received cold, hard rocks. $20 is a good amount to throw in the trash.
