Got my food yesterday and it was amazing as always. And the service by Courtney A. Was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and friendly. 10/10 would recommend if you're hungry and want great service

I want to say that I stopped at Hardee’s the other day and the manager on duty Courtney Abney was absolutely amazing! Very professional and friendly and her staff was extremely helpful! Courtney went above and beyond to make sure our meals were correct and we were happy with our service !!!

My morning drive thru experience is always perfect with one lady I've always enjoyed seeing. She always is quick and has excellent customer service!
I love their Ham & cheese sandwiches there's not too many places left that serves them so I go there often. Tonight I went to thru the drive thru and the young girl didn't say one word to me after giving me the price at the speaker. I got cold fries and slightly warm sandwich,which should be hot. I mean "hot" is in the name of the sandwich! The lot and the restaurant was empty besides the employees sitting in the dining room looking at their phones. I would choose other places to eat if you want someone interested in serving you and happy they got a job. Sad what this generation thinks about service and doing right by your employer. I know management doesn't want this kind of message or product going out the drive thru window.

Everything is amazing there. Other than some of the employees that do work there, shouldn't. Their customer service is horrible and they can be rude while taking your order.
