I went to the Hardee’s in mtvsterling. An ordered the 2 fish sandwich combo and 3 apple turn overs got home an there was no apple turnovers at all was very disappointed

They took the order and they did not repeat the order I’m sorry but that is how order get messed up and then the black hair women that is there always was really rude to my aunt because she can’t do her job right and be respectful of the customer I have worked in fast food 4 years and that is not how you run a business and this is not the first time this has happened and I can come in there and teach her hospitality and guest service the right way

Late at night after a festival. Place was void of customers. Workers were very helpful and friendly. All our orders came hot, fresh and delicious. You want 'Royal' treatment, don't pass this Hardee's up.

Got my food yesterday and it was amazing as always. And the service by Courtney A. Was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and friendly. 10/10 would recommend if you're hungry and want great service
