Food and service was great… The only complaint that I was how dirty the front line was.. I visited the Mt. Sterling store at 9:30 am and French Fries were under the table behind the counter.. Front floor was very greasy at front counter..

Parking: The line parking and drive-through was backed way out onto main traffic street..

Food was pretty good. Not as good as some of the other Hardee's I've had but still pretty good. A little high on price and the place was a ghost town. We were the only customers that dined inside. Will eat there again ?

Service is quick during breakfast and slow for lunch/dinner. I don't like their beef (preference as I know people that like the beef at this location). Employees are either friendly or just a neutral (which I like, because fakeness is awful), I've not had anyone be mean or rude. 4 stars because I really dislike the beef. My husband likes the beef, and I've tried other Hardees, so I know it's a preference and not this Hardees.
