We stopped at KFC today at 5:43pm and purchased 3 of the $5 meals to take home. Original recipe. The workers should have NEVER served this chicken to customers. The skin, crust was dry, barely warm, hard as a rock on edges and dark in color; not fresh at all. We will give the chicken to the critters and eat a sandwich for supper. The coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, and biscuits were delicious. But the chicken was not edible. We have been disappointed with this particular restaurant many times over the years. We will not be returning to the KFC in Mt Sterling.

Just got home with 7 piece dark meat deal ordered a pot pie said they didnt have any i had not ate there in over 2 years could be little longer it was not good and manager was horrible anyway food today was horrible chicken old and tasted like old grease again i figured id gamble take a chance well i lost again i wondered why it was empty and no one in drive thru now i know must be same way its always been i will never stop there again its sad that kfc in mt sterling ky is this horrible

Our food was Old and not correct. We received a breast , two thighs, one leg and a wing. It was suppose to be three thighs and three legs. Our chicken strips were so old we couldn’t eat them. I won’t make the mistake again. Money wasted and they never have extra crispy chicken. You get old chicken and what they have one hand. Poor business!

Love the food and staff were kind and helpful. The prices are astronomical!! I thought I was going to pay $35 for a 16 piece chicken dinner and found it to be over $50. When I went back another time I saw i'd mis-read the sign. People beware. While very tasty, it's very expensive.
