Kroger Deli

The "super" Kroger in Mt Sterling KY is the worst Kroger I have ever used. They never restock half of their products, they quit selling random products, and the service office up front is closed randomly often, due to not enough employees I'm told. It is better for me to go to another town to shop than here, as it is a waste of time walking through that store 9 out of ten times. Covid has nothing to do with the way this store is managed. Shop elsewhere, you will be glad you did!

They only put the really expensive meat in the ready to go area. It's a long wait to choose your own. The prices usually are better than Walmart. The employees in the deli have always been friendly. Don't eat the cold food on the right side. There was a hair in one, I told the employee and they pulled a long black hair out and left the food out to be served! Most of the employees are helpful, I've only had problems with one of them. It's an all the time thing with her so I avoid her register. With how many times I've been there, I think that is a great record. The store is always clean, same with the restrooms. Their hot food at lunch is sometimes burned so don't buy any if it is wrapped up to where you can't see it. I really hate that after 10pm all they have open are self checks.
