I got 4 Krystal Burgers with cheese which was over $7 and I was shocked by their size. My thumb was longer than the diameter of the burger. It was ridiculous. Plus I asked for a milkshake and got the old line of the machine is broken. You have been warned. I will never go near this place again. It was a horrible experience.

Very mediocre, nothing terribly special or worth going out of your way for.

Edit 2: And the issue gets even worse. The customer service is just as bad as the issue. The owner comes on and says go to the website and contact us. Well it has been 3-4 weeks since I submitted that form and to no surprise I never received a word back from the company or the owner! Service and customer service like this will be the downfall of this location! Absolutely ridiculous!

Edit 1: Edit: I did reach out via the contact us on the site and waiting on a reply!

If you want them to make you wait for 30 minutes telling you it is so you can have fresh food and then you get it and it is cold and they forget your drink makes you wonder what exactly the 30 minute wait was for. Ridiculous. And then when you call them they don’t answer their phone

The service was somewhat slow as I was only cars in drive thru and when I received my food it was about the nastiest tasting cheeseburgers I have ever had from a Krystal. Ordered 3 and only ate about ¾ of 1. I threw the other two away soon as I found nearest trash can. The only bright thing about going there that day was the one who took my order, my money, and gave me my food was quite pleasant and seemed as though she was much happier to be working there than I was after spending my money and trying to eat from there.

Edit: I received a response from the owner, it said, asking me to go to their website and provide them details. So I copy and pasted this exact review for them. We will see if they are a place that will actually make it right or not. I will update this review to let others know if this is a restaurant that cares about their customers.

2nd Edit: After receiving response asking me to go to Krystal website to inform them and copying it from here to send to them. I haven't received any kind of reply from them about the situation that I experienced. So for all who care to know the Krystal corporation seems to not care about their customers or making the bad experience right. I'm sure they know that if not for customers choosing them and spending their money at their restaurants then they won't continue to stay in business. However it is also obvious that they don't really care about the bad experience the customers have, at least don't care about this customer so im sure its the same with other customers. I will not be going back to this restaurant at all. That is a shame also because I really enjoy Krystal, usually, and would go to them whenever I was in an area that has one. Unfortunately though that has been changed and will not happen again, and for whomever reads this i wouldn't recommend that you go there either. Unless you want to take the chance of having a bad experience like I did. Take this as you want, but if its bad experience you can't say i didn't try to warn everyone.

Time Travel in a Paper Sack: My Magical Visits to Krystal’s

I’ve now visited this Krystal’s location twice, and both times, I swear I stepped into a time machine disguised as a drive-thru. The kind of time machine that doesn’t need buttons or levers—just a warm voice on the speaker, a paper sack filled with hot food, and a genuine “Have a great day” at the end.

From the first interaction, it was clear something here was different. They asked if I wanted condiments. Condiments! Not just one sad ketchup packet tossed in as an afterthought, but a full offering, like back when fries came with choices and people remembered that mustard mattered. Then came a soft warning: “Careful, your food is hot.” It made me smile. When was the last time anyone cared enough to say that?

And yes, they even apologized for a short wait. It wasn’t long, but in today’s fast-food world, even acknowledgment can feel like a lost art. I’ve grown used to robotic service and the disappointing rustle of a bag with no napkins—just the echo of forgotten manners. But not here. This Krystal’s feels like it’s holding the line, preserving a piece of the past that many chains have long let go.

It’s like they found the old fast-food training manuals from decades ago—the ones that emphasized hospitality and human kindness—and decided to bring them back to life. There's something delightfully retro about being treated like a guest instead of a number on a screen.

These visits have reminded me that fast food can still be good food, made better by warm service, thoughtful details, and napkins—yes, napkins—in the bag without having to ask. It’s a small thing, but it’s everything.

If you ever find yourself craving not just a burger, but a feeling—one that tastes like after-school snacks, summer road trips, and a time when people smiled at the window—this Krystal’s is worth the stop.

It’s not just a meal. It’s a moment. And in 2025, that’s a rare treat indeed.

Took about 10 minutes to get to order and there was no other persons in the store the lady was very friendly but
definitely did not feel important enough to warrant a reaction from them.
