I made an online order at 4:47pm for pickup at 5:20pm. Was there at 5:20pm to pickup said order. My order wasn't ready until 5:45pm. And of course when we got home it wasn't even what I had ordered. Myself nor my wife will never eat at this location again.

I always love Lee's in Mt. Sterling. Their chicken is the best.Give yourself plenty of time. This isn't your typical fast food restaurant...but we'll worth the wait!Parking: Plenty of parking when we have gone. Spots are tight. The drive thru will almost always be a long wait.

The AI taking orders got mine wrong so. My order was supposed to have been a two breast meal but I got a leg and a back. Would have been good if order was repeated back by AI pre the person at the window. Not a happy customer

40 minute wait on two trays of food. I had to leave to head on to work, it shouldn’t take very long to hand food out the window. I’ve worked fast food before and if I had let the drive thru time get high, I would’ve been told to pick it up or clock out.
This place has went to shit since the corporation bought it back, if more than five vehicles come through at a time it automatically means a 30 minute wait to get a basic meal, also with the amount of business it does they should be better staffed to accommodate it, food is always good but staff is rude and slow.

Used to love Lee's, but finally calling it quits. Line wrapped around as usual, but no big. However, on pulling to the speaker, it turns out they have installed an absolutely vile ANI ordering system. Declining quality and steadily increasing prices were already an issue, but ordering from a vapid artificial bimbo (who rudely interupts to boot) is where I draw the line. Long time customer lost.

Waited in drive through for over 30 minutes. Lobby was locked. Biscuit was so cold and hard threw it away. Cole slaw was really good. Chicken was ok but dried out. This was at 8
