My sister and I stopped there in the early afternoon on 102/2025. The young man was completely indifferent when I ask for help when ordering from the kiosk. He was surly and not very pleasant. My sister and I are in our 80’s, and just needed a question answered. Now for the order. It was only a cheese burger and Big Mack and 2 drinks. The order came out expeditiously and we started to eat, immediately realizing something wrong. The “cheeseburger” had no cheese, I checked the receipt, it said cheeseburger. The Big Mac was thrown together and was a big runny mess, awful. I asked for another cheeseburger that actually had cheese on it. I got no “sorry or apology” . Just a bored face that said ok. We eventually got the rest of the order. Oh, it was probably less than 60 degrees in the dining room. Very uncomfortable. Undoubtably the worst McDonald experience I have ever had.

I will never eat at this mcdonalds ever again. I have a neice that works at this particular location. There are two specific managers that treat their staff like they are the lowest form of life. Having managers scream and humiliate their staff in front of customers is unacceptable. If you can't handle the stress of your position then maybe you need more training on how to better to communicate with others giving them the dignity and respect they deserve.

I stopped by the Mt. Sterling McDonald’s this weekend for a quick snack and ended up having a small issue with my car in the parking lot. While I was trying to figure things out, a really kind employee named Gavin came over to help me out. He wasn't even on the clock yet but still took the time to talk with me and offer some assistance. Such a wonderful young man — respectful, helpful, and genuinely caring. His kindness really made my day! Thanks again, Gavin!

There were customers standing up front that hadn't even been waited on while there were employees in the back doing nothing. A customer had to yell for somebody to come and wait on everyone.

It's McDonald's, you getting exactly what you expect. The food will fill you up, but it's not high cuisine. The service is acceptable, but not necessarily outstanding. Atmosphere is kid dominated fast food chic.
I stopped here and picked up food for my kids and got 4 chicken nugget happy meals, a quarter pounder value meal, and a 10 piece nugget value meal, the fries were cold (McDonald's standard) and they dumped an unbelievable amount of pepper on my son's quarter pounder. The pepper was an eighth inch thick on the top of the burger.

on 07/04/2025 We went to this McDonald's and ordered our meals. Service was very poor. The guy that took our order at 4:03 pm, after paying for our food left the register, didn't give us our drink cups until he returned, didn't ask if our order was for dine in or to go, didn't give us a number to take to our table, and had our orders to go when we intended to dine in. Do better McDonald's on Maysville road!
