This McDonald's is HANDS DOWN THE WORST I have ever been to. They will take your order and have you pull up only to forget you completely. This happens 9 out of 10 times I go. This place absolutely sucks.

By far the worst McDonalds you will probably ever come across! Never, in any of the times I've went here, have they ever gotten my order right. They constantly leave out items, forget sauces, and heaven forbid if you make a special order like a plain sandwich or ask for no whip cream on a frappe. They act like it's the end of the world. It's a good thing they are at a truck stop because no matter what time of day and no matter whether you order a huge meal or cup of water you'll get pulled forward. This is the most incompetent, pathetic, and downright most awful McDonalds there is. Period.

I really wanted to review this particular McDonald's because the food was fresh, the staff was friendly and they really ran a finely oiled operation. I only say this since this is not the norm for McDonald's these days. Long story short, this is a good McDonald's right off the exit.
Parking: Quite a few parking spots, but it is a very busy location, so it could be difficult to find a spot depending upon the time of day.

Food came out fast but all wrong and ice cold especially the fries. Didn’t make the mc doubles the way I requested on the app so what’s the point of offering the customizations. Half a dang pattie and a moldy looking bun. Plus they were just thrown in the bag poorly wrapped. Idk what’s that white stuff on the bun but I can’t even eat my meal. My husband ordered a mc crispy no pickles and they still put the pickles. Even if you just pick them off it leaves pickles juice/flavor on the bun. Neither of us enjoyed our food. No sauce in the bag for the 20 nuggets ordered and when I asked he handed me one single sauce. Large order all shoved into one single bag. Not much good to say about this location other than the food came fast.

They are good to there YT employees but there color people no I was there for only a few day an the N word was being tossed around knowing I’m black an I’m not even the type to pull no race card or nonthing I don’t see color but they are not welcoming some of them anyways and idc if they see this cause it true tryna be rude with me
Every time I’ve been here the employees have been rude. Better to go to the one in town if possible

McDonald's change of fries to the little skinny stick and they get hard quick . You might have to eat them first. McDonald's must be trying to get 100 fries ? out of one potato ??. A spud can only go so far.
