I ordered carry out and when I got home the pizza looked and tasted like they had cooked it for 2 minutes. The crust was not brown and it was not crispy. I will not go to this Pizza Hut agaim

Pizza is always good and fast but this is a take out only place. Inside is a wreck. Update... Just dropped from 4 stars to 1 star. I just paid $45 for 48 wings plus 20% tip at the drive thru and got 3 bowls of mush. Breading is seperated from the wings. Waste of money. Food is unedible even for my dog. I called the store and they left the ticket number (0077) with the manager but still have not heard back.

The waitress was awesome. Got it drinks and order prefect. She had 8 tables and was rocking and rolling. She checked on everyone and made sure everyone was good. The atmosphere was lacking, feeling more like a take out place instead of a nice fine in a family restaurant. I would only order out from this place sad but true.
Back in it's glory days pizza hut was the best of the best IMHO, BUT now it's not even in the spectrum of possible places to go. In the past year my family & I have attempted to go there and dine in .. and EACH & EVERY time the lobby has been closed with the excuse being their server isn't there, all the while there's 3 teens in leaning on counters playing on their phones.... The one time I did manage to decide to try a pick up order the food was ok at best but the wait time was ridiculous. Pizza hut has quickly transitioned from the place to be into the place to not even try anymore.

They use DoorDash for delivery now. No way do I want an underpaid random person delivering my food. Hire delivery drivers and pay them a living wage.

Service sucked and rude,nasty and dirty had a box of tampons up at the counter. Pizza was horrible, missed topping on it. Will not ever go back.
This is the worst experience we have had at a Pizza Hut anywhere.
1. The table we were seated at had not been cleaned. The waitress smeared one little wet place where a glass had been sitting with a napkin. The rest of the table was dirty.
2. The pizza was not well prepared. You could not tell if it even had any sauce.
3. We had to go to the register for refills on drinks.
The staff were yelling and cutting up, and cursing at each other. We will not be back to this Pizza Hut.
