I had the best experience at the Mt.Sterling Rally's restaurant, the cashier dropped me. fresh chicken strips,and They gave me fresh french fries,I've never been to a place that would make sure that I got fresh fries, usually they're soggy and cold if they park you. I highly recommend just for the simple fact. The cashier went above and beyond for their customer service. And that's what we're missing at fast food restaurants nowadays.

Food food was fine and the fry’s were great. As others have mentioned they don’t offer free refills. Went back to the window and asked them and the nice lady asked so they charged. I asked how much and it turns out a refill costs as much as a new drink. So basically they don’t offer refills. I’ll just go to Wendy’s.

I was prepared to give a five-star review, but then I went back to get a refill and I was told that they no longer offer free refills "since forever" (which isn't true since pandemic restrictions ended a few years ago). When I asked why I was told it was because "we're independently owned and operated." Which has nothing to do with nothing. A free drink refill is a sign of respect towards your customers. A drink refill literally costs pennies. Every restaurant in Mount Sterling offers free drink refills, except Rally s. I'm very disappointed, because literally 30 seconds before I went back up to the walk up window, I was thinking to myself that this location was one of the best ran and customer friendly restaurants in the county.
