Romero's took online order and payment then immediately canceled the order but refuses to immediately refund my account. I read the bad reviews but prefer to support local so gave them a chance...I will not support Romero's. And yes I've worked in restaurants when a customer voices a complaint you DO NOT say what you can't do, you review the situation and what you(the manager/owner) can do to make it right

The food, atmosphere, and the people at Romero’s beats every single restaurant I’ve ate at. Every time I go I get to food that somehow actually tastes like the person who made it puts there heart into it. Definitely worth a stop if you are close by.

I would love to review the food but unfortunately I can only review the service. Sat for half an hour waiting and didn't have a server come by. Not even a drink order. Drove an hour to try the place and it turned out to be a complete waste of time.

We have been wanting to visit Romero’s for a while and it did not disappoint!! The owner introduced himself and invited us to visit the lounge area after our meal. The atmosphere is very romantic with nice music playing. They have an extensive wine list and the service was exceptional. Now to the food!! We no longer have to go to Lexington for authentic Italian!! My husband and I agree that Romero’s has the best pasta dishes we have ever had. We had the bolognese and one with sweet Italian sausage and kalamata olives. The pasta dishes came with an excellent salad and house made dressing. We are already planning another visit. The waiter said the chicken parm sandwich is great!!

This place is really unique!! Loved the vibe of the decor they have. The bar tender was awesome. We went in to have drinks but the only thing I found that was lacking was the choice of music. Who wants to come into a bar and listen to music like we are in an elevator. We ended up only having a few drinks was gonna order food to but left because the music was bringing our vibe down.

Best place in town! My wife and I go here weekly. We both absolutely love the burger! The drunken noodles are my favorite... if you dont count the truffle fries. The staff are amazing! The atmosphere is great. I can't think of a single thing to complain about.

The most vibrant place to be, in my world, and the most delicious and gratifying food to be experienced this side of France. Never disappointed in the friendly vibes, either. If you haven't been to Romeros of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, you are missing out on the good life. Make a plan friends.

First time at this restaurant. The highlights was the bread that comes with the pasta and the homemade ranch. I ordered the Philly. It tasted like straight black pepper. I don't know if they accidentally dumped the shaker into it but thats literally all I could taste. My girlfriend got the salmon. She said it was just ok and that the pasta was bland and had to many capers. Service was good and the building is historic and beautiful. For what we got the cost was high. Roughly $30 each.
