Wish I could give this place 0 stars, paid for four lanes for a birthday party, one lane got through 3.5 frames and was down the entire time while the manager or whatever was working on it, he claimed he wasn't when asking for a refund for the 1 lane. He said we waited too long and was bowling too slow so it was our fault. Will not be back.

Place just keeps going downhill. We took our 10 year old last Friday, played two games and she was hooked, the staff member raised the bumpers for her since it was her first time ever playing. She loved it and begged to come back the next day so we took her. This time was completely different, another staff member (fatter guy with glasses) refused to raise the bumpers for her. Said it was "policy" we told him we came yesterday and there was no issue. He said he didn't care it was policy. Our 10 year old did not enjoy her second time and now does not want to come back. She noticed other lanes with the guard up and kids using it older than her. Thanks for everything.. we have tried hard to find something she enjoys doing and you killed it for her.

Horrible place, complete waste of money, people dont know proper bowling etiquette .filthy, raggedy. The counter worker was great, very friendly..
Run down, equipment does not very well. Pin reset was so slow we did not even get to finish 1 game before our hour was up. Pin reseter also kept knocking over pins during the reseting of the first ball. Staff was less than helpful. Thet could not do anything or help. To busy eating I guess.

Not only is the staff incredibly rude, but the establishment treats all patrons as professionals and expects them to perform as such. I am in no way a professional bowler and I will happily admit I still use the gutter guard. Sterling lanes doesn’t allow customers under the age of 7 to use gutter guards. I’m only there to have a good time, not to participate in a professional league. I’m not one to write negative reviews, but I am appalled at the attitude of the staff member who was on the clock and the fact that I had to drive 45 minutes to not be able to enjoy my time for absolutely no reason at all. I will not be returning any time in the near future.
