I’m not really a beer drinker, but their sours are so good! It’s hard to find sours in places other than big cities but thankfully they have several on their menu. Would definitely recommend and will be stopping back by 💜
This is a great micro brewery! There beer is good and they have perfect pretzels. I recommend the guava sour with the pretzel and the rave'n holler beer cheese. I also love the german pilsner.

We had a great night at Sterling MicroBrew this weekend! We enjoyed the owner's knowledge and the beer was fantastic! The beer cheese is to die for; the right amount of heat and smooth, just like we like it!

Amazing beers and fantastic pretzels (they literally cook it fresh in 5 minutes). You can watch a game in peace and the server guy is awesome if you wanna talk! Plenty of outdoor space as well. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
