The more I think about this situation the more upset I get. I ordered a catering order (12 box combos) for my work team. The website states. “All sandwiches come standard with American cheese, lettuce, and tomato, served with mustard & mayo on the side.” That is copy/pasted directly from the website. When I got back to work, we realized the sandwiches were just bread and meat. I went back and asked for a toppings tray, the guy at the counter stepped to the back to call the manager. He had taken a picture of my phone a screenshot of the subway website and sent it to his manager. He came back to the counter and said the manager wanted to speak to me and handed me his personal cell phone. The manager stated that catering orders do not come with toppings. I read her what the website said and she said that didn’t matter because it wasn’t added to the order. I told her there was no option to add toppings only remove because IT COMES STANDARD ON ALL SANDWICHES. I told her she was wrong and she proceeded to repeatedly say “NO YOU'RE WRONG NO YOU'RE WRONG”. I was blown away at how rude she was over some lettuce and tomatoes. Do better, Gladys. Honor what your website says, instead of having 12 people eat dry bread and meat. I have included screenshots of the website for Gladys’ review so she understands what the company is selling. I escalated through Subways corporate office but I’m sure I won’t hear a response but we will see.

Edit: I received a generic copy/paste response from someone at Subway, which did not actually do anything to help the situation.

Edit: 3 days later and nothing….

Edit again many months later. Never did receive a response. But I did receive an email from Google saying 30,000 people have viewed this review and my photos. Just wanted to let those 30,000 people know this place is still terrible.

Edit again. This place is still horrible. No one ever reached out to me about this and I’ve never spent another dime there. Drive past every day and give them the one finger salute.

Haven't been to Subway in a while, not since 6" subs were like $4. I was stunned when it turned out to be almost 9 bucks. At those prices, no more Subway for me.

The young lady that worked 08/14/2024 at around dinner 8 that night waited on me she looked happy and greeted me with a smile I didn't get her name she didn't have a name tag but if she is working there when I go back I will get her name to let everyone know who to ask to make there sandwiches. They were wrapped great and nothing fell off when I picked it up to eat.

First time I have ever left without ordering food because of an employee's attitude. The staff at this location needs to be replaced or retrained. I would be ashamed to be an adult and cop an attitude with someone just for the expectation of me doing my job in a moderately professional manner. I get it. It's just Subway. But don't treat me like garbage when I walk in first off and be complaining that someone is coming in. Especially not more than two hours before close. Lazy and RUDE. Avoid. Better service at the Shell Subway in Clay City. It's worth the gas to winchester just to avoid the customer service here.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen a subway have! No greating, always what are you getting. They don’t lay the meat and vegetables on the bread they pile it, so you might get a bite of just meat or you might get a bite just cheese. She always blame no staff, but it don’t take staff to change your attitude and make the customer the best subway experience possible so they want to come back! I use to eat subway every day until my job force me to utilize this location. Last resort now.

On May 21 2024 .last night I was done wrong .I was the only car in drive thur .it took me over 30 minutes to get my food lady told me to hold on to get my order another 10 minutes to come on ask If my order been taken. Took my order which was supposed to been foot long steak and cheese run thur the garden .extra meat with sweet sour sauce. And a pizza was supposed to been extra cheese extra peperionia ..told me my order was 34.00 .I said that can't be right she had two sub and a pizza I told my order again it was 22.00 now which was still too much. Then you want believe I got home my sub sandwich was single meat and cheese .pizza was pep cheese then just peperiona on it no extra cheese. So if you want a long wait in drive thur you food made wrong get charge too much .. Go to mt sterling subway. I never had such service in my life.i love subway but never again .you need to tell your evening shift to step up on the gang instead of laughing and cutting up. .you lost a customer here want order again from this place. You need to make it right the customer was done wrong .not right by this order.thank you for nothing.

I ordered a sandwich and chip and drink $19 ask what happened she said I added on some meat said it was a add on and the only thing I got was bacon and cheese on it well lettuce too but I left and called back and she was rude and hung up on me and now they won’t answer the phone very rude I just said I won’t come back and she hung up

Awful.I ordered a "Philly Cheesesteak" and "The Boss" from the list of menu items for my dad, and if I remember correctly, they were a #6 and a #2 respectively.The only edits he had? "NO mayo, light onion."The lady taking my order had me repeat myself on those edits, so I said it about 2 or 3 times.She gave me sandwiches with extra mayo, extra onion, extra EVERYTHING, and she even put pickles on the cheesesteak.Pickles are not on the menu listing for cheesesteak, so I can only imagine she messed it up on purpose. If this was a genuine accident, then management/staff need retraining of some kind.I was there at approximately 3:42PM today, 3/24/2024.

Took multiple trys to get them to understand my order. Their English is not good at all. Then they were never trained. My food rolled off the tray unwrapped across the cash area they fused to remake it. Swore it was clean. I had already paid 40 buck for 3 wraps. Now at 4am I'm sick. This is the only place I went!So I paid 40 bucks for the flu!!I feel like I sould get a refund or someone to pay for my doctors visit.Don't go there. The GOOD employees are not there anymore!!!
