Lucy was beyond amazing! I have my wife in the hospital giving birth and explained that to Lucy when ordering and she sprung into action to make sure I got those burritos quick and in a hurry. The best chicken enchiladas burritos I have ever had. Thank you so much Lucy I appreciate it

This used to be one of the best Taco Bell locations you could go to. Used to have great service, was always clean, service was always great, and you'd not have any ordering issues. In the last year, we've tried to order food here 7 or 8 different times and every single time there have been issues. They no longer clean up the dine-in area, they don't keep ingredients in stock, they will ALWAYS get orders wrong, the food is no longer cooked right, and they will even lie to you if you order on their app and cost you whatever you spent. Stay away from this taco bell location if you don't want potentially dangerous issues.

Worst Taco Bell food I’ve ever had. The cheese wasn’t melted in our food, our Crunchwrap was cold, and somehow our popcorn chicken looked burned (it did taste ok though). The bathroom was gross. I won’t be stopping here again.

Hungry travelers stopping in for what we thought would be a quick bite. This Taco Bell location was extremely slow in service for a “fast food restaurant.” We waited 30 minutes to get our food. We would have gotten faster service at the sit-down Mexican restaurant around the corner. The trash cans in the dining area were overflowing and all the tables had morsels of food left behind by previous diners. I wiped our own table before sitting down. No one was tending to the dining area at all. Probably would have been faster to go through the drive thru or like I mentioned, the Mexican or other sit-down restaurants in the area. I do not recommend this Taco Bell location.

It's hard to come here considering they're closed early everyday of the week. The hours say 3am, but they're never open past 2
They left out my brothers 3 Doritos loco tacos and put sauce on my quesadilla that we’re supposed to be no sauce, when I called to get them they said I needed my receipt but the cashier never gave my mamaw the receipt at all yet when I told them that they said they can’t refund the food without the receipt so I think you should train your cashiers better on actually giving the receipt out if your going to mess up peoples order everytime they come through because if you don’t I’m not sure how you’ll be able to fix peoples orders if they aren’t even given the receipt,everytime I’ve come through my quesadilla is made wrong so I highly doubt the other people you serve get the right orders every time either.

I came in for a doordash pick up. There were probably 5 employees working. I didn't say what I was there for so nobody knew. However I waited about 10 minutes before I was even greeted. The manager on duty was jen. This was on 12/12 at about 5:58pm

They hours say they're open until 3am, but Everytime I've stopped the last several weeks, they're closed by 2 or sooner. Hours should be updated to be honest.

I’m not from here but was passing through and stopped here to eat. 10/10 best Taco Bell I have been to. The service was excellent especially from Cruz (I’m sure I’ve misspelled his name) who took our order and made it for us. He was absolutely sweet! I told my husband it makes me want to make the 1 1/2 hour drive just to eat there. Thank you all for your hard work!

Took nearly an hour to get take out. The understaffed crew were heroic in their efforts and friendliness. Not sure if there is an ongoing management problem, or just a one off bad night

This Taco Bell is rather slow and almost always messes your order up. I love Taco Bell's food but this particular one isn't the best one to go to.
