The workers are great. However, charging a 20% to go fee is absolutely ridiculous. The workers are getting paid to make the food already. If someone is not eating in, they're not being waited on so the fee is so unnecessary. You ask should really reconsider charging that. 20% especially is so much to ask someone to pay who is using their gas to come & get the food & not even being waited on.

Staff were 5 stars. The food was awful compared to all other waffle house restaurants i've been to. The waffle wasn't even the signature waffle. I can easily make better food at home. The seating was uncomfortable. The price was too much for the quality of comfort and food.
