Went and got the meal of misfortune on 8/21/25 and the younger woman at the window was super sweet,patient, and super understanding when my card was locked and we had to re ring my order up! Got everything I paid for! Very good service and will be coming back!

We came at 11:00 pm on march 09th 2024. We ordered a biggie bag and a ghost pepper chicken sandwich and was charged for the wrong order then after correcting that we pulled over to eat and the chicken was completely raw. we returned to request a refund and manager tried arguing that the raw chicken didn’t contaminate anything else in the bag and we had to argue for a full refund. Hopefully we don’t get salmonella.

I paid for my meal which was $16 only to be told that I didnt pay even after i showed them my banking. Therefore i wasn't given my food. Manger on duty was very rude and disrespectful.

Food was fresh and tasty. The employees were extremely polite and helpful also. Definitely one of the better staffed Wendys in the area 💞
Dine in at Wendy's in Mt. Sterling just remember Door Dash orders come before your order. They will hold up the line to do Door Dash. I was there 21 minutes to order and did not walk out like many others and watched the Door Dash orders pile up and no one picked them up while they were losing paying customers all the time. Sorry service.

Very clean. Staff was pleasant, Kimberly smiled and chit chatted with us. Nuggets had an off taste, most likely due to molder oil in the dryer.
